Michael Nusskern Originals & Collections

This is the only place that I will shop. I have bought clothes from other stores and I always regret it. I feel like a million dollars when I wear something I bought at Michael Nusskern and I always get compliments. Plus, you have all the support of the staff to help you put an outfit together or sift through their inventory AND they have the best sales! I got a $ 370 jacket for $ 117. You can’t beat that.

I have been in their Fashion Island location and taken a peek before but decided to check them out this week at this location. Definitely unique pieces but nothing that spoke to me. The high price tag would not be an issue if this was a Chanel designer piece but unfortunately nothing was that outstanding. I love a forever piece but I left because I felt a bit uncomfortable. The lady was nice but when she came over to where I was looking to fold t shirts I did not feel welcome. I have never, ever felt that way before. Unlikely I will return.

wow, the jeans were marked $ 385! They were on sale for. $ 80, and they fiT. I couldn’t open my wallet fast enough. The customer service was kind of freaky. The very stylish cooling man was great and upbeat.
There are jackets for $ 4k and t shirts for $ 300. When I was there it was kind of cute because a woman told her 9 year old son to sit down and ignore the bill she was paying. She told the little guy he was just like his dad and to stop worrying about money!

First time at this awesome boutique today, and I was really impressed with both the selection and the customer service!
Love, love love the Isabel Marant and Raquel Allegra, along with other designers you don’t see every day. The store a nice and bright, dressing rooms are big, comfortable and have flattering mirrors.
On top of that, the service I received was outstanding and really makes me want to go out of my way to shop here. I had first called their other location to ask about a jacket — and the sales associate on the phone went out of her way to verify that the Fashion Island store had it. When I showed up to try the jacket at Fashion Islans,(among many other items), they had it all ready for me to try.
Everyone working at the store could not have been kinder and more helpful — and I was just a brand new walk in customer. They were very helpful in suggesting things that I might not have picked myself, but which ended up looking fabulous on. And they were great at checking up on me while I was trying, without being pushy.
I only walked out with one item today, but I am certainly looking forward to the next time. Definitely worth checking out while you’re in Fashion Island.
P. S. They have two locations: the address associated with this Unilocal entry, and the Fashion Island location. They are immediately adjacent to Nordstrom at Fashion Island.

Nice unique collection of brands you will not find at other boutiques. Great merchandising job. BUT poor customer service. If you are a regular there spending thousands of dollars each time you come in you will get all the attention you need and more. If they do not know you — forget it. Usually I like shopping at small boutiques but in this case you might get more attention in a department store.
