I normally never write Unilocal ratings, but this was definitely worth it. I was really scared to look at houses, and I knew absolutely nothing about real estate or what I was looking into buying. Maneka was really patient with me, and helped me figure out what I wanted. She didn’t pressure me and I felt like she takes her job seriously. She made me feel very welcomed, and thoroughly explained the differences between what I was looking at. She made sure to call back and check on me. She responded to e-​mails frequently and made me feel like she was really working hard on me individually. I felt important and I felt like my concerns were primary to her. What I appreciated the most is that she educated me on the right things and did not make me feel stupid at all. I know its tough especially being a first time to buying real estate.
