Matthew Orzech – OP Realty Associates

First of all this was the most stressful time of my life buying a home as a first time home buyer. Insert Matt Orzech, I sware Matt was a God send to my family. There were so many problems that happened with the purchase of this home. This whole process took about 4 months that Matt navigated us through. My wife and I & my 2 boys consider Matt as Family. I sware with all the problem that we encountered Matt again was there to re assure us and reminded us from the start. His exact words «I’m going to be your pilot and there is going to be turbulence and it’s my job to guide you through all of it.» Needless to say it was a lot of turbulence and yes I was sick to my stomach and wanted to give up and with a lot of hard work from Matt and him telling me not to give up, I’m happy to say that we are happy living in our new home. There’s no one that I would trust more than Matt Orzech. With so many dishonest people out there I can say Matt is a true and honest person that I can say he’s part of the Lewis Family and he can come to our house anytime day or night! About 3 months ago my boyfriend and I started to look for a home that we could purchase together as a couple. My neighbor recommended we contact Matt Orzech to help us look. We were not in that much of a hurry, my boyfriend and I had been at a few open houses here and there and we thought it would be a long process before we would find something we both like. Long story short, Matt picked us up on a Sunday morning with a list of open houses to go look at that had most of the criteria that we were looking for and within our budget. By the 3^rd house… we found our home and we were hooked! BUT, I had to sell my house yet and I guess I wasn’t quite pre-​pared for that so quickly and panicked. But, with Matt’s help we sold my condo within 4 weeks and I only had to counter one time! Matt worked hard at my open houses and he marketed it like crazy. So now we had 2 homes in escrow, one I was selling and one the we were buying together, and as stressful as that can be, Matt made sure everything ran smoothly, the few bumps we hit, were worked out and before we knew it we were moved in!
I would highly recommend Matt as he is the most genuine, honest, helpful and very hard working, professional realtor!
