Amazing and welcoming service. I would highly recommend this surf shop. They are so friendly and knowledgable. I went in to get a skim board for my son’s birthday. I don’t know the first thing about them, but they educated me and helped me pick the right board. They went above and beyond and didn’t make me feel like I was asking stupid questions. Thank you so much and we WILL be back!

I was nearby on a whale watching expedition. Had lunch and found this cool spot in Newport. I picked up two blank decks for a skate project (old school and popsicle Canadian maple 7ply). A little pricey now that I realize.
Bought the wifey a cute top and in the excitment of it all, completely missed out on the huge selection of men’s flip flops. Definitely need to head back and grab me a few.
Skate section was small but definitely packed a punch. Blanks, popsicles, long boards, downhill, and penny boards. Had a nice selection of trucks, wheels, bearings and grip tape. I also picked up a couple of sheets of clear grip.
Staff was very friendly and most of all helpful.

This place is awesome. A boutique surf clothing shop dedicated to skimboarding. They carry a ton of Exile Carbon Pro’s, some e-​glasses, Victoria (pro models coming soon), and Grape. They give deals on board/​traction packages. I’ve bought two boards, some dvds, and some other gear from here. The «minion» staff are local groms that know the breaks and know the boards. Main St. is a sponsor for Exile’s annual Octoberfest at the Balboa Pier.
