This place is under new ownership and they’ve done a really good job of cleaning the place up. The owners are super nice and helpful whether you need to print/​scan fax livescan, UPS, need a po. Box etc.
Another unique thing is that they have craft beer, good wine and tobacco products for sale as well. Don’t let the past reviews keep you from stopping by, the change of ownership has done wonders for this place.

I have been a long time mailbox holder at this location and have to say, the new owners are wonderful! They are super friendly and very helpful. They have completely revamped this location and it is now fresh, modern, and very clean. It’s completely different than it used to be, in a good way. I highly recommend this place.

Went here to get live-​scan fingerprinting because it was a convenient location. Sue (likely the owner) was very helpful, thorough, kind and clear; however the service was very expensive ($ 300 for myself and my husband) and the store is REALLY odd and cluttered — selling everything from chapstick and baby powder to cookbooks and other completely unrelated services (like tile flooring and DVD burning…). I wouldn’t go back, but our results were valid, so at least that’s done. But I’d research options or just go to a UPS next time.

This place is the worst! I go to mail a package on my lunch break there’s only one person working and five people in line. It took 20 minutes just to get some help and then the employee there gives me these dirty old boxes and then charges me $ 20 to mail a package that was less than 1 pound and take 8 days to get from CA to FL. RIDICULOUS!
I checked the tracking information and three days later they had not even mailed the package. So unreliable, it’s unbelievable! The store is extremely cluttered and unorganized, way overpriced and horrible customer service. Read the other 1 star reviews. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a joke!

Went there for a live scan for employment.
For 86 $ this is what I got! Of course it was rejected by the FBI. I have spoken with the Indian man about rescanning. He has refused, telling me «I am wasting his business time.» This is NOT over. Go elsewhere! They should not be allowed to be in business.

Also wish I could give zero stars here. Used boxes, overpriced, bad service. After she packed my boxes, she realized she did not have the right FedEx form! She then asked ME to go get the form from post office. I minus well have gone to the post office in the first place and not get over charged with used boxes! Will NEVER go here again.

Omg I wish I could rate 0 star. I need an urgent fax so I went here and they charged me $ 10.35 for printing and faxing 3 pages plus they print a full email instead of as attachments. Like seriously? This is so unprofessional. ONLY COME IF YOU REALLY HAVE NO OTHER PLACES TO GO TO.

Went to get livescan finger prints the fee from the state was 32 $ they charged me an additional 30 $ for their service! It took less than 10 minutes! They totally took advantage of me urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

stopped by to send a 1st class mail. I needed 46 cent stamps, but they charged me $ 1.00.
if you need a quick solution, it’s here, but at a high price. I’ve learned my lesson to have stamps.

I recently acquired a postal box here and the owners are delightful and sweet. They are more then willing to help me get a box and explained everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mail box.
This kind of service goes a long way, because I have a mailbox place down the street from my house but their service in no way compares that I go out of my way to drive to this store just because of how they treat
This is a cool space: a decent selection of blind boxes, prints, and assorted goodness that adds up to one.
