Heather is a fabulous cook and teacher. We started our session with a trip to Whole Foods, where I learned about healthier choices and what to be looking for to build a healthier diet. Heather then came to my apartment, where she showed me some easy recipes for cooking dinner and also showed me how to make healthy smoothies. I now make the smoothies several times a week and it has honestly changed the way I eat — it’s great to start off the day with healthy fruits and vegetables. I think this change has greatly contributed to lowering my blood pressure. Thanks for all the tips Heather!
