I found that Fitness Intuitive has a unique insight as to incorporating both mind and body into a health régime that is second to none. Jeri is ahead of the curve when it comes to exercise techniques, and concepts of health and wellness. Both my personal and professional life have improved since my association with Jeri and Fitness Intuitive.

This was one of the best fitness experience that I have ever had. I have tried many fitness centers but by far this place was the best. Jeri was great. Her instructions were concise and effective. She gave be a great work out! I am so glad I found this place.
