I was having major issues with BjS travel and was being put on hold 30 – 55 minutes each time. The people at the travel part is separate vendor that bj’s uses. I booked a flight with the travel club last night got my confirmation number and the form said to check back in 24 hours. So, I did. After being on hold 45 minutes they finally pickup. The lady who answered says it doesn’t look like my trip was confirmed. There was something wrong with my credit card. I told her that I had checked with my bank and that there was a hold on my account for $ 853.00. She says oh that’s so we can get everything booked it may take us a day or two to get your room booked. I told her if I used the on my phone I could get confirmed in less than a minute and it may take her 2 days. She told me I could take the sheet I printed to the airport and they could use it. I told her I had taken trips many times and never seen anyone board a plane without a ticket. I told her I wanted to cancel and she tells me the flight portion was non refundable. I reminded her that she had just said it didn’t take so it wasn’t booked. I told her I was at the BjS store and would talk to the manager. Her whole attitude and story changed. I hung up went in and spoke to Julie Barfield she looked at what I had and started calling people and got this taken care of in less time than I was on hold with the morons at the travel side. If you need anything at this store. Ask for Julie she rocks. Thanks Again
