I recently moved out to the area, my boyfriend’s mom recommended this nail salon. I’ve tried quite a few out in the area and finally a NEW SPOT and I don’t have to drive all the way down to LA anymore for my OG salon. The owners were so friendly, kind and very sweet especially for it being my daughter’s first time experience at a nail salon. They did such a wonderful job, I’m definitely coming back!

Been coming here for about 3 and ½ years. And I have to say I never walk out disappointed. Mike never fails on my nails & Pauline always makes my toes and eyebrows look amazing! I have never been to nail salon so many times in a row and been so happy. What makes it even better is its 5 minutes from my house. So it’s perfect in every way. I really feel like they care for me, become apart of my nail family. And they make me very comfortable. Love this place! Definitely gonna keep supporting this small family owned business!

First time here. Mike did my nails & I love them ! I got the «coffin» shape. He made them thin & natural. Wasn’t pushy about getting a design or that extra shiny stuff like what I experienced in another salon.

I have been coming her over 5 years… I travel 32 miles 1 way just to get a pedi/​mani and wax… so go in and see Mike, Pauline and mom… oh yea and the very cool Receptionist/​trendy Kelvin!!!

Very professional and do a great job!!! The staff is all very friendly and you feel like you’re family when you’re there. Nice collection of nail lacquers and very clean salon. Definitely recommend

Popped in today to see if I could get my eyebrows and a mani pedi. There was a larger woman working and she got a really snippy attitude with me when I asked for a list of prices. Apparently they don’t have a list of services or prices. Janky. There were kids running all over the place and just in general, when I think of SPA, I don’t think of the ruckus that was going on in there.

Really nice work, nice people. Way overpriced. 30 bucks for pink n white pedicure is too much for my liking.

There’s not a time I go and I’m disappointed, my visits always been without appointments and they took care of me quick. I love how the man does my nails, it’s a very very clean place and the people are really nice. I can never go wrong in going here! Like they say pay a good price and get great work!

Superior Nails Rocks

I scheduled my appointment after reading the reviews of people having to wait without an appointment. I scheduled it for 9:30 am and upon arriving five minutes early I found the business to be closed and their store door said «open at 9» so I was kind of confused because I had not only made an appointment but they weren’t even open when their normal store hours said they were. That’s the only reason they get four stars from me. They came around 9:40 am and I was the first one there so he helped me out right away. It’s understandable, maybe something happened with their car or what not, things happen, especially when it is a family business. I got acrylics and my toes done there for vacation. He was great at acrylics, I was nervous as it was my first time getting them done, but he made them very natural and asked me questions along the way. I got many compliments afterwards of how natural they looked. The pedicure was also great, I believe her name was Pauline, she constantly asked if I was comfortable and actually talked to me during my experience, which at other places it seems that they are talking ABOUT you when you can’t understand what they’re saying. For acrylics and a pedicure it was $ 53 with no tip. Which I did give a tip because I was very impressed with their service. I will definitely be going there for a fill soon! My nails still look great, nothing got messed up with the acrylics and I work in an active environment so I was impressed they have lasted this long! I HIGHLY recommend this place. Their prices are reasonable and you can tell it is a down to earth place, I don’t feel weird there I feel welcomed and right at home! Make sure you make an appointment though because there were about three people waiting when I left on a Friday morning because it was only the man and woman there doing nails. FYI, they also do gel!

Awesome awesome awesome. Mani and pedi costs only $ 30! And done very and neat. I had so much cuticle. All of it was cut off. Very nice job. Highly recommend.

The guy Mike who does the acrylics is genius. His beautiful and very friendly wife is awesome at gels, it’s not easy finding a nail place that knows how to do acrylics the right way! This is the place, my mom goes here, and so do I. and to be honest, I won’t be going anywhere else as long as live here.

I’ve been going since they opened a few years ago and still love it! Very welcoming as a family run business they know my mom and my name and what we always get.
Pauline does very thorough pedicure paying attention to detail as my mom has a few funny nails. Always asking if it feels ok as she goes.
Very clean, always using new sterilized utensils every pedicure. Only problem I ever had was a chipped acrylic within a few days of getting them so I stopped by and Mike gladly fixed it for me for free with no problems!
It can get busy towards the end of the week and evenings so I’d call ahead just to make sure if you don’t have some time to wait. I’ve never had my eyebrows done there but my aunt goes and is always pleased with the job Pauline does!

I’ve come here twice now for a mani/​pedi. This is a family run business with a husband and wife and the grandma. They are all very nice and the place is clean. It takes a long time to do but they do a super thorough job and the massage chair is quite enjoyable. The thing I like the most is when they wrap your legs and feet in hot towels. heaven!
I also got my eyebrows waxed. It was not too painful ;) and it came out nice. Both times I ‘walked in’ and didn’t have to wait. That is a major plus.

I have been going here since they opened a few years ago. This family run place has a nice décor and a friendly atmosphere. Pauline does great pedicures and eyebrows and Mike does a great job on my acrylics. I don’t even have to say anything — they know just what I need and I can relax while I am there. They have many choices for different types of pedicures — I suggest making an appointment during the weekends, but other than that, I can walk in most times for service. I’ve only seen the kids in there a few times during summer break and have never had a complaint about the cleanliness.

I’ve just returned home from a nice mani/​pedi at Superior Nail & Spa. It’s in a new shopping center on San Fernando Road, just off of the 14 freeway. The shopping center has a drive-​thru Starbucks (yes!) and Subway (good for a pre-​pampering meal) amongst various other shops.
The salon can get quite busy. I showed up around 1pm, not knowing what to expect, and was asked to come back around 3:30. No biggie. I had plenty of errands to run, as usual, on a Saturday afternoon!
The mani/​pedi is relaxing, chairs are comfortable, and the prices are good. The best part… as of this review… on your tenth visit, your pedicure is FREE! Awesome!
