When I arrived, no one was there. After a few minutes someone came out of the back. They seemed top be both making food and taking orders, but a two different guys served me. They need to work on speed, customer service, and organization. I ordered the vegetable plate, but they said they discontinued it. Switched it to the falafel plate. They have no stuffed grape leaves. Today they were out of lemon, too. The wait for the food to be ready was really long. The falafel was over-cooked. I did not receive napkins or a fork, and had to go back and request that. I got an eye roll from the guy behind the counter when I asked for a fork.

I ordered the #10 — It is a chicken kabob and side spring salad. It is 5.99, which is a good price. When I approached the store, there was no one at the register. After waiting for a minute or two, someone came out and took my order. My food was not ready until about 15 — 20 minutes later. They cooked the chicken kabob fresh from its raw state. I was not in a rush so I didn’t really care, but mall food should be quicker. The chicken was juicy and tasty, pretty good actually. I liked the salad, there was a lot of it, it was a full salad not a side salad like on the storefront’s picture. It also came with a pita or something like it. I did not try that since I am on a no-carb diet. The dressing options for the salad were italian or balsamic. I chose the balsamic and it was good. Honestly, the food is good and the price for my plate was great. They just need to work on their speed. I know it must be hard for them since they do not have a steady stream of business, but I’m sure there is a way to do it. If they can speed up, I would rate them 3 stars no problem.

If you want fast food, don’t come here. It took 30 mins to get my order, this is a food court not a restaurant. And the manager was extremely rude to all his employees. I’m not coming back to this place especially when a manager is unprofessional with his employees, what a jerk.

This is a mall food court restaurant. There is NO reason a customer should have to wait 30MINUTES for a shwarma wrap. AND they got my order wrong!

Yikes. Wtf happened here? The meat was absolutely delicious, some of the freshest chicken I’ve ever tasted. The salad? Some of the most disgusting browned out salad I’ve ever seen served In a restaurant. Such random standards of quality. (*on a sidenote, the girl at the register was really friendly and cute, hence the extra star*)

While I believe that this kabob place is a great addition to the food court, I also believe that they need better execution. Here’s what I mean. First off, it’s inside of the mall food court, so your expectations should not be set too high. With that said, most people eat at the food court for the purpose of getting a quick bite. No one is looking for 5 star fine dining at a food court, but rather, a decent meal as a hiatus to break up their busy day of shopping. Well, this place is definitely NOT quick. In fact, My fiancé and I were the only ones that were in line and ordered. Our food took over twenty minutes to come out, albeit they were grilling the meat fresh. That’s about 15 minutes way too long for mall food. In terms of the food, it was actually decent. I ordered the combo plate which comes with 4 pieces of chicken kabob, a luleh kabob(ground beef skewer), rice, salad, pita and hummus. The chicken was definitely the highlight. It was well seasoned and juicy. I didn’t care for the luleh kabob because it was dry, hard and either overlooked or left out too long. The salad was okay. It definitely came from a premade salad pack, which is fine as long as the lettuce is still fresh. The dressing was an Italian type dressing which was also okay. My recommendation is that you should only come here if you have some time to kill and you’re willing to wait for some mediocre Mediterranean food. Hopefully they come up with a better system of cooking their food to expedite the process.

im sorry just not feeling it im armenian, as are the owners, and the first mistake was making this place in a mall food court the feel/.abiance just isnt there, and so it offsets the taste and deliverance of the food a lot of the food just sits there too, and whatever is cooked to order, also seems to have been just sitting there i hope they turn around for the better! :(

Disappointing. The wait for food was very long. The food was average. I had a gyros sandwich. The meat was luke warm, the pita was cold, and all that was on it besides meat was iceberg lettuce. Pretty boring and tasteless. I got a lemonade, which tasted terrible. I think they need to clean their soda fountain. I hope these guys step up there game.

Was looking around the food court and this one caught my attention. A bit underwhelming looks wise, but I’m glad I didn’t let this stop me from trying it out. We tried the 5 dollar special and I was amazed. The portion was just right. A good amount of rice, 5 pieces of chicken breast meat that was juicy and tasty, a small salad and pita bread. The rice was fresh, the chicken was fresh cooked and I was impressed considering it was fast food. I would have easily rated 5 stars, however the pita bread was not that great, but i’m assuming this was prepackaged pita bread. The sauce was a good add on to the flavors in the chicken. Overall would definitely be my spot every time I’m at this mall. There’s also a pastry and dessert counter where we tried the meat bread and this was also quite a deal. Recommended.

I don’t frequent the mall, but when I go, I try not to go hungry because I know I won’t enjoy eating anything. Well, today, I went around lunch, and I don’t remember seeing this place before, and since I like Middle Eastern food, I thought I’d try it. I ordered the #4 combo for a beef lule kabob, a grilled chicken kabob, rice, salad, hummus, and bread for $ 9.99. Food was good. Seemed pricey for mall food. I’m used to Zankou, which has bigger portions. I’d recommend you bring your own utensils because the ones they give are so weak that when you try to cut the meat, it’s kind of difficult because the fork tines bend and you have to work not to break them. I think they’re new, and they have the potential, given more time, to be one of the popular eateries in the food court.
