Drove in Tuesday afternoon due to a crack in my windshield and spoke to a nice guy at the desk. Scheduled for a mobile replacement the very next day. Professional service and a great job. Quick and painless!!!

I live in Amesbury, so when I needed my windshield replaced I walked into Amesbury Glass on 110. a) They couldn’t fix it until over a week later and b) I would have to deal with the insurance company myself. So I called JN Phillips. They came to my house the next morning, did a great job AND dealt with the insurance people. I literally made one call and it was done. Awesome all around.

Extremely bad customer service. They scheduled me for an 8 AM appointment and I arrived a few minutes early. TWO HOURS later after sitting there, they informed me the replacement windsheild had not yet arrived. Wouldn’t one think that when it was not there in advance of my appointment that they would have had the common decency to inform me as my time is valuable too.
This was the second time I had used them but it will be the last. I advise all to look elsewhere.
