This place is a mess. If you rent here first thing you see when you drive in is a pile of garbage left out by all the tenants.
And forget if you need the owners to help out your situation, they won’t do a thing.
Rent here if you need a place close by but expect tone treated poorly, terrible customer service, terrible ownership.
Don’t rent here, you’ll regret it, and won’t go through the hassle of moving your storage somewhere else. So save yourself the hassle and headache.
Don’t rent from here!

Out of all the self storage places that I have used, this one is easily the best. Not only does the location itself have a clean and wonderful setup, and the prices are very reasonable but the husband and wife couple who run this place are incredible! Seriously, they are so helpful and so pleasant and kind, I actually look forward to going to my storage unit to see them. People who run any kind of business environment need to study this couple and watch how they do things. If you need a good self storage place in the Conejo Valley, particularly in Thousand Oaks, go here

Used the place for about 4 months while my girlfriend and I were moving from Newbury Park to Ventura. Facility was safe, secure, and affordable. Staff was understanding and helpful.
Even though I paid for a few months in advance, they promptly reimbursed me for our final/​unneeded month.
Plenty of parking space was always available to unload multiple vehicles simultaneously.
