Brian Reitz and his crew came out right away to fix my Ac during the heat wave. Couldn’t have asked for a group of nicer and honest guys. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Great prices better service. Can’t imagine why they would ever get a bad review.

This is why I try to go «local». Our AC went out over a week ago. I have a home warrantee service, so went thru them. They sent out a big co. from The Valley. Contractor said it couldn’t be fixed, so had to be replaced. I called the warrantee co. 3 times per day, all week & still don’t have an answer as to what they are going to do. Reitz AC service name was given to me, to have him look it over. Brian came out on a Saturday, between his kids’ soccer games. He said he could fix it & did so in an hour. Unbelievable! Great guy & great service. I have a new service company & can drop my warrantee service with the not so truthfull contractor(s). Thanks Brian! As I said, go with the«local» guys!!!

They showed up 3 hours late and without the proper equipment. I would not hire them ATALL. They also wrecked our brand new condenser/compressor. Stay far far away.

I had a new furnace, a/c system, and duct work installed. They did a great job. I got estimates from 3 different companies and went with Reitz because the salesman/estimator was straightforward and made the effort to come on the same day I called. The price was competitive and they didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. The installers were pleasant and professional. They did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done and did not leave the old ducts, etc. for me to dispose of.

Well, wouldn’t you know, my Central AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year. And I live in Burbank, the oven of the San Fernando Valley. The Owner himself, Bryan Reitz, made a very long drive just to give me an estimate. He came all the way from his office in Camarillo. Bryan was prompt and courteous. He made a thorough inspection of the equipment. He patiently showed me the problem area and let me see with my own eyes that the old condenser was shot. He answered dozens of my questions, and then answered a dozen more when I called him on his personal cell phone. And low and behold, this very professional company game me the lowest bid too. I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan and his great band of employees. Five stars.
