My office refrigerator stopped working we really needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called a few other places and no one was able to make a same day appointment for me. I finally turned to Unilocal to find a local Simi appliance company. Found these guys and gave them a call. I was glad to hear that they were able to send a tech the same day and Jack, our tech, was even able to repair our refrigerator within a few hours of my original call. The whole office was really happy because we were able to save all of our food and no one had to clean the mess of melted products. I know how hard it is to receive positive feedback on line, so I hope this review will help this great company grow their business. I know my whole office will be using you guys.

I was extremely pleased with their service to fix the AC in my rental house. They were so courteous on phone, made the appointment for later the same day, arrived on time and replaced the part for a reasonable amount. I think they are just a great company and will use as well as recommend them without hesitation. My tenant was equally as pleased with them.

Out of all days my AC decides to go out, when its 100 degrees out! I was instantly freaking out, dreading the idea of having to wait days until someone could come out to fix it, until I came across this place. I discovered this repair shop while searching for places in my area and I’m so glad I found it. I called around noon and was ecstatic to find out that they were able to send someone later that same day. The mechanic that was sent was very professional and was able to find the problem within 5 minutes of him showing up. It was in no time that my AC was back up and running (thank god) !Overall I highly recommend Madera’s Appliance Repair! They were able to send out someone and fix my AC in a matter of hours from calling and the price was very reasonable.

My air conditioning went down July 3rd. It was 95 degrees outside. I thought there was no way I could get a technician on a holiday weekend. I have three dogs and needless to say this was turning out to be the worst 4th of July ever.
I called Madera Appliance Friday evening and spoke to Julia. She was very nice and sent a technician Saturday morning at 9 AM. Michael came out on time and seemd like he knew his stuff. He said he knew what the problem was within a minute and had the right parts in his truck. The problem was taken care of quickly and the price was reasonable. AC was pumping full blast within 15 minutes of Michael’s arrival. I didn’t have to spend any time in the heat. On top of that, Michael fixed the loud vibration of my unit at no charge. Now it’s quiet and works perfectly. It was a great experience.

I just moved out to Simi Valley into a new condo that came with appliances. Unfortunately when we moved in the fridge did not work. I called around and decided to settle on this company for three reasons and am satisfied with my decision
1. I called and spoke with Julia who was super nice and she was able to work with my schedule, and have someone come out at 8:00 AM the next morning before I had to go to work and they had the cheapest service call fee
2. Jack showed up right on time and got straight to work. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes and quoted me 200 $. I called my husband and he said for the problem we had (I forgot what the broken part was called) it was a good price.
3.Not only did he fix the problem but he even went above and beyond and cleaned behind my fridge.
Will defiantly use them in the future!
