I would not even give them 1 star if I could do it… When I wanted to ask a few questions about their services, I had to wait a few minutes to get the one lady’s time who was busy sweeping, the other had presumably just come back from a break. The one lady did not know the answer to my questions, so she went to the more senior lady who was there, a Traci or Kelly(sp?), only to find she was very rude, short and very uninviting to potential new customers when I asked her a few questions. She made me feel stupid for asking questions. I truly feel they are not worthy of my money or time…

I was disappointed when I first when. First I was sitting in my car and when u looked the hair stylist was outside smoking when she went in she didn’t even wash her hands. Okay I’ll look past that there were ZERO customers and she was just sitting down. I have short hair and needed a touch up on color. They close out 8 and I went in slightly before 6. She just looked at me and said sorry we don’t do color past 5 pm. I explained it’s my only day off and she just shrugged her shoulders and had nothing else to say. I can tell you right now I won’t be back. I’m not a hair stylist and maybe 2 hours is not enough time but it’s not like a lot had to be done.

The Good: Only walk-ins, so just go whenever you have time and sign in. All of the hairdressers are friendly and experienced, so you shouldn’t worry too much, unless you want something really specific and expensive. In that case, I’d suggest you go to a specialist. The Bad: It can get pretty crowded sometimes, and usually, there are only 2 or 3 hairdressers, so you might have to wait a bit. Try: printing a coupon from their website. Save a few bucks. Don’t Try: this place if you’re looking for a particular style cut. Always ask before if they have experience in that certain area.
