Waltz

Waltz is located right near Macy’s on the lower level. It’s not a big shoe store like DSW but rather small. However, their selection is awesome. They sell a variety of women’s shoes ranging from boots, sandals, high heels, fancy heels that are not to high, «plain jane» shoes, etc. There’s always a deal of buy 1 get 50% off your second pair. Unlike Nu Pair which sells «hooker» heels, Waltz has a classy selection which appeals to me. Prices are reasonable as well. Only cons would be customer service and the return policy. Prices stay low as they have a no return policy. However with a receipt, you can exchange in a certain amount of days if they were not on clearance. In terms of customer service, its a pain trying to get the sales associates (which are two girls) attention. However, I still love this place and would get my shoe whoring spree on at this location.

Service is okay. Shoe selection there is pretty good. Wish they had more diff sizes though.

I came in her today with 2 missions. 1) buy flats for work 2) buy sandals. I ended up with 4 shoes.
I’ve walked into this place a handful of times but never actually stopped to buy anything. Today I took the time to browse.
The had some sales going on, sandals were buy one get one free, and the rest of the shoes were buy one get one ½ off. Awesome deals, but that also means they are low on sizes. I figured with my size 9 feet, I’d have an easier time finding shoes. Not the case here. But the sales assistant, Jessica, was very nice and patient with me as she went to check stock on I would have to say no less than a dozen shoes for me… closer to 20, mostly because of stock. But not once did she give me attitude or made me feel like I was putting her out. This definitely made my shopping experience easier. (I hate shopping for shoes). Keep in mind that most of the purchases made at a sale price are non-​refundable. Another reason I took my precious time with the shoes.
Over all I was pretty happy with both the variety of shoes, and the service.
