Mall Shop so expect mall prices; First person dealt with was great. Ran into problem with Vap pen on first try; talked to different sales person and get typical mall answer; not our problem; call manufacture; I call back to original sales person and see if can resolve; otherwise definitely will never do business here again; And will let buyers be aware; shady; won’t even stand behind brand new; amazing they are still open

Bought a vape mod from these guys a few months back. Recently it started acting up, so I took it out here to get replaced. Unfortunately they stopped selling mods a few months back, but the guy working fixed up mine for free and referred me to some local places with a better selection of vapor mods. Would definitely recommend if you’re having issues with your vape. The guy immediately found the problem and had it fixed and working again in a few minutes, and even made some new coils for me as a bonus. The selection in terms of vapes and juice is limited(No mods, only a few brands of e-juice), but their customer service more than made up for that.

The Staff, especially owner are rude! Went in looking for a humidor for a wedding gift for my fiancé, I did purchace one that I am now stuck with because they have a week return policy, and I came in on the 8th day. I will never step foot in there again.

I came here with my boyfriend and the guy was so rude. He was sitting in his chair the entire time we were looking for a hookah. He barely greeted us and wasn’t helpful at all. Like can you not stand up and do your job. We were looking for hookahs as I said before but he just wasn’t welcoming. We’re trying to buy something from you the least you can do is give us good customer service. We bought the voodoo hookah smoked it once and it’s already falling apart :(never going back!

The Humidor is an appropriate name for a cigar selling store. didn’t look closely but didn’t see a walk in humidor, just a cabinet one. a few well stogies inside: patron, fuentes, patron… no maduros seen. other items for sale: –chess sets –cigarettes, –humidors, –hand knives(comes in handy cutting off cigar ends, oh just kidding) smoke: patron(6.99) –not a rich smoke as i thought it would be. ashes: –surprised to see stogie shop in newark, going upscale?

I stopped at the mall to get some cigars from john t’s. Too my surprise it was now the humidor. The walk in humidor was the same is it was before. The difference was the one guy guy there. He was attentive and knowledgeable about the cigars. He was able to steer me in the direction of the flavor profiles I was looking for and suggest some new ones I haven’t tried before. We talked little about cigar care and humidor humidity and cutters. I hope this shop thrives and more cigar selections come in. The only down side is that there is no over stuffed chair with an ashtray to enjoy a smoke there. As I’m writing this review, I’m enjoying a perdomo habano recommended by Jim. Good smoke!

I decided to poke my head into Newpark Mall which I usually avoid like the plague. While my other friends mused themselves with whimsical t-shirts and vinyl toys, I thought it would be fun to look at the inventory at John-Ts. To my surprise, John-T’s was long gone, and it its place, a tobacco shop named The Humidor. First impression, this place is headed in the right direction, it just needs some time. They have a modest selection of humidors, ashtrays and other tobacciana related items. They have a surprisingly decent amount of goods in the hookah and cigar department at attractive price points. There’s also a nice selection of pipes tucked away in the back also. The real treat for me was the walk in humidor. The stogies all looked tasty and well taken care of temperature and humidity wise. Selection was nice too– Fuentes, San Cristobal, Padron– all the afficionado requisites are there. Opus X for those looking to splurge down to everyday yard gars. Pricing for the sticks was good also. There was also a random counter line full of blades and knives. As far as the staff, it was just 1 guy manning the shop. He knew his merchandise well and was even willing to wheel and deal with my girlfriend with some hookah items. I was only there for a few minutes so I can’t say how much he knew about the cigars, but he was attentive and courteous. I chatted with the guy and was informed that the fellows who own the Humidor stores in Santa Clara and San Francisco bought out John-Ts. I was satisfied and happy to see another tobacco shop. Overall, I’ll be back to see how this place progresses.
