Victoria’s Secret

Victoria’s Secret est toujours une boutique que j’avais regardé de loin… Joli, mais les petites tailles à Londres m’ont toujours empêché de me prendre pour un ange.
Mais voilà que cette fois-​ci, dans cette boutique du Cristiana Mall, à Newark, Delaware, on me chouchoute, en prenant mes mesures directes, et me dirigeant vers des modèles à ma taille… Quoi ça existe ici? Et en m’assistant parfaitement en cabine, me ramenant les tailles nécessaires etc… Le staff de cette boutique est vraiment aux petits soins.
Le choix n’est pas aussi énorme que pour les petites poitrines, mais y a biiiiiien de quoi faire. Pour cause, après essayages (dans des cabines bien pratiques, grandes et disposées d’une petite sonnette pr appeler une personne de staff en cas de besoin), je repars avec 3 soutiens et un string (+ un parfum gratuit, en offre du moment) pour un peu plus de 150 $.
Pas forcément donné, mais que né fait-​on pas pour être un ange sexy…

Went to Victoria’s Secret for bra purchase. As I entered was greeted by Linda. She was an amazing saleerson. Helped me with my selection and coupons. She even came up after I checked out to tell me it was nice to meet me. That is exceptional customer service. I will look for her on return visits.

Really nice store, very new and well stocked. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful, and the fitting room staff went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed.

The service in this store is just really exceptional. I was looking for a bra, found the one I was looking, but I didn’t see the color I wanted in my size. An associate when to the back and found one for me, instead of just telling me «oh, we are out of that». I had a few angel rewards and birthday coupons and they were able to use them all together. There is a greater at the front of the store (I want to say her name is Dawn), and she was soo nice, showed me what was new, made a little chit chat… just overall good customer service. My only complaint is that I wish they had the NFL Pink Collection in Ravens NOT Eagles!
