Tailgates Sports Bar and Grill

Their food is really bad and the bartenders are weird. I also really dislike the type of crowd that goes here. I only came for karaōke but apparently they changed the night that they do it on so I just ordered food. Yuck. It was so bad I barely ate it and left shortly after.

Came here with my roller derby team after practice last night and had a blast. Prices were good and the appetizer sampler was delicious. Bartender was really nice too

Stopped here with Nicole B last night and Tim the bartender was great. We should have listened to him when he said not to get the crabcake because it was terrible But we shared blackened tuna bites and $ 2 chicken and fish tacos which were good. Someone bought us shots and Tim made them fruity so we would like them — Captain Morgan on Acid. I drank the Tito’s $ 5 vodka special and Nicole drank the Captain. We were disappointed that the shirmp and crab dip we saw online was no longer available.

Great place that you wouldn’t expect to find in a shopping center. I go there at least once a week and have not been disappointed. The staff always gives me a good laugh and knows how to carry on conversations while giving you a good dose of sarcasm. Prices are legit if u work at a warehouse or are a big ballin lawyer. Love the happy hour combo which consists of fries, 3 wings, 3 of the good short and fat mozzarella sticks. I always get that ! Burgers are to die for! On burger night u can get as many and all toppings for 6 dollars. Ask what vodka or rum infused beverage that Tim has made this week always a good change from the regular and u will be satisfied.

This place is my favorite local bar. The owners great and gale is awesome. Will continue to always spend my money here for Annie time!

I consider myself lucky. I came in here with a couple of regulars so I got the friends of friends welcome. I really enjoyed the company around me. Good people. Bud Light/​Nascar crowd. Salt of the earth. Don’t get it twisted, that’s what this pace is. Don’t come in here and bitch because it’s not your style. It is what it is. I can get with it. Staff was really good, Gale is a whirlwind bartender. It’s like hanging out with your cool aunt. She’s really good at what she does. Good jukebox. Pool tables. Great burgers! I talked to the chef when he came out to chat with my friends and I thanked him for the burger. He responded «You’re the one who ordered it medium-​rare? Thank you! Everyone else just wants it well done and burnt.» Don’t waste the burger. They do it pretty good here so don’t be afraid to ask for it extra tasty. He’s not afraid to use a little bit of salt either. Flavor. Big ass burger too. They have a basic line of taps and bottles but prices are good. Really big bar too. This monster wraps all around the bar area. Great setup. I’m glad the locals brought me here. This is my kinda place. Steady rockin’ all night long.

I am a regular here. Great happy hour deals. 2 snooker tables for a dollar a game. Jukebox with good music. friendly bartenders and enough screens for sport and news. Love the grilled wings and the sampler…

I stopped in for a quick lunch and was very pleased how cold the Miller High Life was (yes my beer of choice) and their crab cakes were delicious to go along side some Old Bay French Fries.
If your in the area for lunch, definitely stop in.

Sat next to a newly retired female cop for an hour. Interesting company. Rest if the bar occupied be 50 and 60 something’s. then a DJ comes in from nowhere and plays Urban Rap & Hip Hop. Nobody seems to mind. Boston Red Sox beating up in Cards in Game One. Still early innings, only the 4^th. Trying the wings. Stand by…

Went to Delaware Park for some sports betting and into Tailgates for some beer and to watch the games. It’s too bad there aren’t any sports bars close to the Park and this is the only place to stop into.
Tailgates is not at all impressive. I feel like the owners are not using it to it’s full potential. There are a tons of TVs and it has a great set-​up but the food is mediocre and the picnic-​style tables are pretty terrible. With more sports memorabilia and a better menu, Tailgates could be so much better.
Additionally, our server was pretty terrible. She was taking shots with a table the entire time and paid no one else any attention.

I wouldn’t bring a date here, but for post-​volleyball happy hours, it’s just fine. Think sleeveless t-​shirts (guilty as charged), a pride of cougars and the occasional mullet. Regardless, everyone’s friendly and laid back.
We always come on Thursday nights, so there’s a wing and beer special going, and sometimes a band playing. Used to be a free popcorn machine too, but that disappeared a couple weeks back. When asked, we were told it was broken and getting fixed.
This place has their wing recipe down pat, particularly the bourbon flavored ones. Probably some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Make sure you ask for the grilled version — something about the charred doneness that makes me crave them. Haven’t eaten anything else here, and don’t really see a compelling reason to do so.
There are a couple pool tables in the back, a pay-​to-​play jukebox and lots of TVs with non-​stop sports running.

Great place on Sundays because they have the NFL package. Burgers are very good. Menu is basic pub fare, nothing fancy. Slim selection of good beers, they cater to the Bud, Lite and Coors Lite crowd. Steelers are always on a larger plasma TV. Eagles are on a projection screen. Unfortunately one Baltimore fan shows up every week and makes a general fool of himself by yelling, ranting and raving. Wish they’d boot him out. Otherwise, everybody else is pretty respectful and polite. Would rate this 3 stars if they kicked the Baltimoron out.
