Went there to get a salad and was very happy with store. It was clean and had a nice café area with nice couches which made in comfortable. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

Hightstown, NJ
This is an okay Subway establishment. Convenient for a fast and economical meal, but they have a constantly rotating staff, so the quality of the preparation can vary. They also renovated earlier this year and added a «Subway Café», including nicer chairs, for folks to come in for coffee and pastries. Not a bad idea, but why not free wifi? Broad St in Newark could use something to replace a coffee shop.

OMG. I usually like to stop at this Subway shop when I’m working late – get a soup/​sandwich combo, hook up my laptop and catch up on e-​mails. I was shocked when an employee told me I couldn’t plug into the electric outlet next to my favorite table. He said the manager believes customers are causing high electric bills by plugging in. The employee gave me two minutes to unplug. Hmmpf. Guess I’ll try a more user-​friendly Subway next time. Why can’t people actually be nice to paying customers?
