They don’t refill here. No wifi is available. Tables remain dirty. This airport starbucks is different from the usual ones that you visit in your town. Doesn’t suit killing time during your lay over.

Awful, just awful. We never go to Starbucks and this is exactly why. Overpriced, tasteless crap. Wife found plastic pieces in her vanilla beam crème. My chocolate smoothie tasted like water. Never again. Cost us 14 bucks with a water, pretty sure the water was already opened. We got to our gate and threw away all 3. Never again, never again…

In NYC, if you throw a stone you’ll probably hit a Starbucks… but in Terminal C… it’s like looking for a mirage and this is probably the only one! This location has improved a lot over the last two years. Lines are usually really long. but move fast. The staff on most occasions has been efficient & courteous. Huge plus: they have hot food & breakfast sandwhiches.

Really bad for a Starbucks, but then I found out they are not a corporate Starbucks store just a franchise. 5 people behind the counter and all working at half speed. Also they don’t redeem Starbucks rewards, or so they say, because they’re not a corporate store just a franchise. Tables are not kept clean and the condiment bar is a mess. There are flies around the condiment bar — in the middle of the terminal this can only mean they are breeding here. This is a very busy Starbucks but it a dirty mess everywhere and there’s really no excuse. There’s even trash on the counter where they serve the drinks but it goes unnoticed.

I love me some Starbucks, costly of a habit as it is. Usually, service is pretty great, but that was not so at this mob scene. Drinks were made totally out of order here, and baristas would go as far as arguing with customers over what the cashier did or did not write on the cups. One lady behind the counter was particularly contentious, accusing two customers while I was there that they had not said something … to the cashier. Yep, the cashier that WASNOTHER and did not refute the customer! Service was provided with a scowl, and during the 15 minutes I waited for my drink and all the upcharges I and many other paid for blatantly ignored, like one lady’s coconut milk request. You basically have to babysit your drink here – I know I did and I was glad I did because I had to have it remade anyway. My flat white with an extra shot cost upward of $ 7 here, so it was a good thing I was expensing it, because that’s a hell of a bad deal on top of irritable service.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The baristas are rude and make you feel stupid for asking questions. Totally belittled me. One girl knocked the entire new batch of iced coffee off the counter and couldn’t have been more nonchalant about it. I will never buy from here again. 2nd time I’ve had bad service

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. Staff was very rude and entire place was filthy. When my coffee was ready the barista spilled coffee down the side of the cup and didn’t so much as bat an eye. Just handed me the cup with coffee dripping down her hand and the side of my cup…, no apology or offering of a napkin. Very disappointed.

For an airport location, this was really good. Lots of food choices too, even my favorite scones we cannot get anymore in the Rocky Mountain region, not at licensed or corporate stores. If you can, try the cranberry orange scone, the original triangular version, not the little square La Boulange one. The drinks were very good and despite a big Sunday morning crowd, they were getting things done quickly. And very friendly and helpful. Nice team. They should have had one more staff member on hand though because the floor was a mess and some of the counters too. This was the location just inside security at Terminal C. It was hard to figure the various airport locations on Unilocal

For a starbucks they definitely deliver on fast drinks, but I did feel rushed(they are in the airport so they have to move fast). The storefront looked like a disaster, maybe they dont have enough staff to take care of the store. But none the less there was trash absolutely everywhere, the tables were unclean(sticky) and all the trash bins were over flowing. As for the drink I ordered something simple an Iced Mocha which tasted as it should, so at least the drinks are good. I would come back here if I was stranded in newark terminal again, but I would get my sandwhich and drink to go(save it for the plane ride).

Worst service at this location! There was no crowd and my drink took long to make. I ordered an iced coffee, so I’m not sure of the delay since coffee was already brewed and when I finally did receive it the drink was still on the warm side

Poor excuse for a Starbucks Placed my order at 6 am. Floor was filthy. None of the staff smiled or seemed interested in serving their customers. When the cashier went to get my coffee the cup dropped on the floor, I couldn’t see that it was thrown in the trash. When I questioned her, she bit my head off«we don’t serve coffee in cups that fall on the floor.» Starbucks — hire a real Manager and clean up this location.

If I could only rate a NOSTAR at all with this Starbucks. For a very poor and a lousy services. I believe they are cheating and taking advantage with every customers at the airport. I wanted to buy a mug and has a price tag of $ 10.95. And when they scanned the price it costed like $ 13.95. I was really unhappy and not my nature to complain. They called the manager and told me that they will not honor the price of $ 10.95 of the mug because $ 13.95 is the airport price. But worst scenario. Also, I asked for a very berry hibiscus and Zakiyyah says they don’t have it that with no explanation or apology. Many customers were waiting behind me in line as I frantically tried to come up with a plan B. She finally explained that all they have is iced Valencia orange and laughed asking if we had been in line earlier. I almost threw up when i tasted it and was pissed. it tasted sour like the customer service over that Starbucks station. And I ended up calling the customer service. 1−877−672−7467

The quality of the drinks is not that good here. At least compared to Starbucks quality in California. The 3 caramel frap’s we order all tasted«off.» Not what we are used to. They were very sweet tasting, tonssss of caramel and whip cream. Tasted like very little or maybe no coffee at all. I’m sorry but the point of drinking Starbucks coffee is to get a jolt of energy, not to end up with a sugar rush… I think they used«diet» or «fake» caramel syrup and whip cream. In Cali they use the real deal, all fatty and stuff. That’s what I want when I’m going down on some Starbucks! Give me the fatty stuff please. No fake diet syrup and whip.

I know a business probably can’t attract the best talent to work in an airport, but the staff here just don’t seem to care — surprising for a Starbucks. I’m going on about 8 minutes waiting for a single shot espresso.

I saw a barista open a carton of milk with his teeth. The cashier was super crabby and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. I ordered a latte with hazelnut and they gave me a mocha I think?

The people working at an airport Starbucks are always much more crabby than those in other locations. Not their fault but beware of airport pricing making a breakfast sandwich close to $ 5

I feel like I’m joining in a chorus of «worst starbucks ever» but it’s true. Super unfriendly staff — I expect some attitude(this IS jersey) but that was ridiculous! Don’t accept rewards — so my gold card is apparently worth nothing there I ended up leaving without coffee. I’m heading to Dunkin now.

While the coffee was fine the service provided was about as bad as it gets. The gals behind the counter all were smiling and chit chatting with themselves however, I was met with this«annoyed, can I help you glare». I seriously waited for her to ask me what I would like and her face became even more annoyed. Finally I held out my own coffee mug and told her what I would like. She rang me up and then looked at the cask register screen that announced my total. I handed over my card, she ran it through, and then have me the«move on» look. Never a thank you or any word was exchanged with me. I watched her process the next couple of orders and still… no words to any customers. I was hoping for words to me from the barista and still, she handed over my cup and she was done with me. Obviously they were all getting along, smiling and laughing amongst each other. But apparently the customers were getting in the way of their fun. Think I’ll choose to walk a little further to the Valdez coffee just for a smile and a thank you.

This location is just too small for the amount of traffic. The line is consistently backed up into the terminal hallway past the security checkpoint and there’s hardly any place to stand in the pick up line or the condiment section. And of course the prices are jacked way up because it’s in the airport. I only go here because I have no other choice.
