Rude rude rude people with an attitude. I have never seen anything like it. The two girls behind the counter, did not want to be there. And they did not want to be bothered by customers. An older lady asked for a chocolate croissant, the girl behind the counter gave her a plain one. And when the lady politely told the girl that she gave her the wrong one, she got very rude. And nasty. If you dislike your job this much, why do you show up for work. RUDE, BADATTITUDE, GRUMPY,

This is the second worst espresso I’ve ever had. There was no creama at all and pretty much no flavor whatsoever. There was major confusion in the line and order process. Not too good for a high volume location. I don’t go to the airport a lot but I do wish they would bring Starbucks back.

Not sure what is going on here, but to suggest this is a full fledged coffee shop is misleading. While I waited for friends to move through customs in Terminal B, Green Beans Coffee was right there at the bottom of the arrivals ramp, and since I did not know how long I would be there, I went in for a hot java to bide the time and keep me alert. There wasn’t much in the way of food to look at; only a few lonely pastries and sandwiches. The menu said more was available, but that wasn’t apparent from the looks of the inventory. All I wanted was the Joe, and I assumed(perhaps mistakenly) that they could handle that order without difficulty. Sadly, my take away cup of their brew was extremely bitter, and even the extra milk could not hide it. Think of Starbucks burnt house brand, and this was even worse. It was undrinkable and clearly past its«sell by» date. What an introduction to American coffee for the weary traveler! Do yourself a favor and wait until you are out of the airport to find a better coffee. Almost any diner or Dunkin Donuts will be superior.

I tried to order a white chocolate mocha because it was on the menu. The cashier said we don’t have that. Okay so I asked if I could get a regular coffee and he said we don’t have that either. He said all they have is black tea, green tea and cold drinks. They need to call this place green beans because there is no coffee.

Rude staff, lousy coffee, and false advertisements bring this«captive audience» coffee shop the holy trinity of crap. Take the hike from Terminal B back to a Starbucks or somewhere else rather than consume your beverage here. Counter person doesn’t understand basic espresso drinks, never says please/thank you/yes sir, no sir. «This isn’t Starbucks» is all I got when I asked for a slight variation on a basic drink. Doesn’t really matter because those incompetents couldn’t have made it right anyway. All I wanted was a squirt of whipped cream on a double shot of espresso(a very basic dollop espresso con panna). «We don’t got no whipped cream.» How about first using correct grammar and then taking notice that of the six drinks you have marketing photos of on the menu board, two of them prominently feature mounds of the stuff? Nope. Either of those tasks is apparently too hard. When my plain espresso makes it to the girl pulling shots(barista is too nice a term for such a coffee abuser), it looks like no one ever taught her how to operate an espresso machines. She had wildly inconsistent dosing, failure to level the grounds or wipe the rim to ensure even pressure on the puck, and paid no heed to the volumetric lines on the shot glasses. When you can get a better cup of joe out of a Keurig, you know a place sucks. This place clearly has standards. Sadly, they’re so low they trip over them on a daily basis.

Oh how I love Green Beans, my savior of jetlag or sleepless nights. Green Beans offers a delectable selection of premium coffee drinks without the stifling overpriced sensation you get at a Starbucks. They also offer much more food options, from breakfast burritos and bagel sandwiches to cobb salads and whole grain lunch sandwiches for the healthy hulks out there. Green Beans is a breath of fresh air away from the Burger Kings and McDonalds that flood your average airport. Oh! and did I forget to mention the free Wi-Fi and ample seating to take a load off? Two thumbs up in my book.

Just love it after a long flight. Happy baristas and the famous MOAC — Mother of All Coffee is the jolt I need: 4 shots of dark espresso topped by 24 ounces of coffee!

After ordering a soy latte and being told they were out of soy. I asked if thy had any other non dairy options.(I’m very allergic — not a good idea before flying) I asked if they would be getting any at any point and the employee literally rolled his eyes and walked away. I asked again and he kept his back to me. Nice.

Got a lemon poppyseed muffin and small coffee. They do ask if you want the muffin heated up. The muffin is moist and tasty. The coffee is much tastier than same old d and d. They have sandwiches, wraps and salads. Haven’t tried them yet but I will on future endeavours. To sum it up nice place good coffee and pastries.

If you are weary and you just came off an international flight and have cleared customs look to your right. Somewhat new to Terminal B, at the arrival level. They serve breakfast sandwiches at about 5 dollars each. Other food items are a little more expensive. The salads are about 8 dollars and other sandwiches are about 10. They serve hot and cold caffeine drinks in 16 or 24 ounces. Also of note, there are about 5 tables inside and 6 or 7 more outside the storefront. This is not a bad option if you are waiting for someone to arrive and clear Customs. Or, you are waiting for someone to pick you up after your long flight. There is not much going on near here as the Terminal is still under construction. Their hours are 5:30AM to 10:00PM seven days a week.
