This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to so far. Slow unfriendly service, Super messy, And always out of things. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

This is probably the smallest Starbucks I’ve ever seen, even though it is in a mall food court. There is no seating inside the café itself, but there is plenty in the main food court area. I don’t generally go to Starbucks very often unless I really need a cold drink to wake me up or regain my energy for the day. Plus, they are expensive and their prices continue to gradually increase as time goes on. The service was fine when I went my first time and sometimes they’ll have special promotions for their drinks.

This is my Starbucks of choice. I am a diabetic and honestly shouldn’t be drinking Starbucks at all, however I come here because I can tell the staff that, and they will make drink suggestions that are low carb, or even no carb. I trust them to make my drinks, and because of that, have been able to add to my drink options. In addition, they are super friendly, if I don’t like my drink or have any issues with it at all, they will make me an entirely new one. Great customer service, and I appreciate that they go the extra step for their customers.

I’ve been here before but have always forgot to leave a review for this place. The last time I came here, it was a Sunday(a few weeks ago). I was a little too early for the stores to open so I came here for a drink. I ordered the caramel crème brûlée latte but they were out so I changed my order to peppermint mocha. I was so bummed about this because they only offer the caramel crème brûlée during the holidays. Anyways, there was literally 2 cashiers, 1 person making the drinks and 1 person prepping. Seriously, for the amount of orders they had, they should have 2 people making the drinks and 1 cashier. Initially, I was planning to finish my drink before the stores open. In the end, the stores opened and I was still waiting for my drink. I even spilled a little on my white shirt because I was holding my drink while I was doing my shopping. Geez, I’m so pissed!

I don’t get it. Just because this Starbucks is in a shopping mall, why is it so bad? Shouldn’t all Starbucks spots be the same? Go figure. I stop by here every now and then to get my early morning coffee fix. It’s really nice this time of year to stroll around the farmer’s market on a lazy Sunday morning with a hot cup of joe in hand. Located upstairs on the edge of the somewhat lame food court, it’s a bit small as far as Starbucks locations go. The line usually moves pretty fast, but then again, it’s usually pretty empty here. God forbid you get behind one of those coffee idiots who either want a super complex coffee drink, or worse yet, someone who just landed on planet Earth and has no concept or clue as to how one orders, pays for, and adds cream and sugar to their coffee. Why the bad rating? The coffee. Bitter, burnt, sometimes with acrid grounds in the bottom of your cup. I’m pretty sure this particular location MUST have received a corporate award for screwing up a cup of coffee. Could it be that they’re too lazy to make a fresh batch of coffee in the regulated time that the corporate office tells them to? I swear, it tastes like they made the coffee the day before they pour it in your cup and ask for $ 3. Total ripoff. You should be paying around 50 cents for this crap in a cup that they’re selling as coffee. My opinion of Starbucks is not very high to begin with. I’ve often said it tastes how dirty dishwater must taste fresh from the sink. How this location makes a bad thing even worse is beyond me. There is a new Nestle Tollhouse spot downstairs, and their small coffee is just $ 1. Unlike the crap you can buy upstairs, Nestle Tollhouse makes each cup fresh from either a K-cup device of an espresso maker. What I don’t like is that they only have that super sweet coffee mate liquid creamer available. a lousy 2 out of 5 stars from me — perhaps the most consistent horrible cup of coffee you can buy. Make your own coffee at home and bring it with you to the farmers market.

For whatever unfortunate reason, you’re at this mall. Now don’t go expecting to find any good coffee places inside the mall. This was the only option and my sister and I at the time were really in the mood for some coffee. So I ordered myself a capuccino and she ordered an americano. I tasted the americano, and it was decent. At best. That was to be expected since it’s pretty difficult to mess up an americano. The cappuccino, on the other hand, was a lot worse than I expected. I usually don’t go to starbucks for this very reason, but this cappuccino here was just awful. It tasted watered down and had absolutely no flavor. What a waste! Really would not recommend to anyone. It has the ridiculous starbucks pricing for terrible coffee. Also, why are you at newpark mall? Go somewhere better!

Standard Starbucks, great service! Sadly the organization here is super messy, especially during peak hours at the mall. People are taking each others drinks, unsure of what drinks are ready, and there is a huge crowd forming for no reason when the lines could be a lot smoother. My americano was a bit watered down, but oh wells. At least I got my caffeine fix.

I love this store! My drinks are always so tasty. I go out of my way to get coffee from here because the ones that are near me usually don’t taste good! The employees are always great too! Melanie knows how to make my drinks just right.

Stopped by this Starbucks this weekend and definitely did not appreciate the baristas attitudes. There was a lady in front of me asking about ingredients in some of the syrups because her kid has some allergy. The guy behind me(who knew the baristas really well) was laughing at the lady’s questions and the baristas said nothing. They laughed along. Then the super loud guy proceeded to get a glass of water and asked the barista«What’s in the water? And can I see what’s in the ice?» All of this was in front of the lady and the baristas didn’t say anything to him. Anyways, I got a caramel frap and that was good. Just giving one star because I was pissed.

Elderly lady at cashier was rude when I ordered my drink that I get at every other Starbucks. She immediately said, «We don’t have that…» I had to say my order 3 different ways for her to understand. I honestly wanted to forget it and leave.

The baristas are nice and friendly but service is slow. I usually come here during my lunch and theres only one on the register and one making drinks. Drinks are made pretty good though just service is slow.

Amazed at how great they were here! The customer service was incredible. The lady LYNN was super sweet and super attentive to her customers. Both workers were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Definitely love coming here.

There was 2 girls working today around 5:45pm. All they were talking about was their boy problems and drama. Um thank you for the best customer service ever NOT! Btw the hot chocolate they made was sooooo bitter. Like what? Starbucks u need a better team that works a little harder that doesnt just put the drinks on the table assuming if its yours or not. There was another person right behind me we had no clue if it was her drink or mine.

Rudest employees ever. This place deserves 0 stars. The manager was rude and wouldn’t give me any extra straws. She even hid the straw bin so I couldn’t take any. My drink was also 80% ice.

This is the Starbucks inside Newpark Mall. It’s actually on the smaller side. I wouldn’t go out of my way to hang out here. Service was fine, nothing too crazy.

Rude as hell! You work in a coffee place. There’s no need to get snappy with customers. I wished I snapped a picture of her because she didn’t have a name tag.

This SB is a walk in version of a drive thru! Walk in– order –wait and go! No chairs to park your buttocks except for about four outside. Barristas are fast and busy! But smiley all throughout!
