I ordered their spaghetti with tomato sauce combo special that came with salad, garlic breadstick and drink. The noodles were hard, not cooked enough, combined with bland sauce made me wish for a can of Chef Boyardee. Salad was stale; it must have been setting out for a few days the way it tasted. The breadstick tasted of chemicals rather than garlic. The Dr. Pepper was the only item that was OK. Pick another place to eat when at the food court.

so my wife and i ate here for dinner cause she really likes the mushroom chicken which i’ve never really tried but she doesnt like to eat pasta so she asked if she could substitute the pasta with the salad, any ways to make a long story short the gentleman that helped us who’s name is jeremy took the time to explain all our different options and which one was the best deal, and believe me we were there for a few minutes asking him this and that and not once did i notice him get upset or agitated, customer service goes a long ways even if the product you’re trying to sell is only mediocre(are you listening tourneau?). as far as the food is concerned, i think the sauce is very bland,(i ended up eating the spaghetti) and personally i think the food is over priced. i do like the stromboli, lets face it, anyone could probably make me a boli and i would probably like it, i’ve never tried their pizza and lets face it at $ 6 and change i’d rather get 3 slices from costco, also i’ve had plenty of new york style pizza and this does not look like it is. so bottom line is its an ok place to go if youre tired of all the burgers and asian places

1 star for burning the entire pizza crust black and not knowing how to service more than one customer when there’s 3 employees behind the counter. I waited 10 minutes to get 1 slice of pizza and pay for it. Going onto the list of banned places. I’ll go to the Great Mall if I want Sbarro pizza from now on.

Sbarro just filed for bankruptcy( ), but there’s no danger of this kiosk closing(there’s a greater likelihood of a slut suddenly closing her legs). +The new girl. I think she was hired in February. I promptly forgot about her following a visit(my bad), but I won’t forget again. She’s very cute and friendly(she really makes eye contact with customers– I give her credit for not smirking or laughing when she looks at me), and she works hard to provide great customer service(I would provide her name if I knew it). The other employees are good too, but this girl is at the head of the class. +My wife and I were only charged $ 16.65 on Saturday. We received a slice of pizza for free(I wasn’t aware of this until we sat down, and our cashier must not have noticed). +If you go online to complete a short survey(within 7 days of a purchase), you’ll receive a code for a free NY thin pizza slice. +/-The cashiers are friendly, but they might rush you along a little(I think we were only charged $ 16.65 because the cashier rang up our order before my wife’s cheese slice came out). They could also hand out some more napkins and do a better job of stocking the tray of salt and pepper packets(I had to make the cashier aware that there were none of the latter). +/-Including tax, upgrading my combo(getting a Large drink instead of a Medium) cost $ 1.75. This was more than I expected, but it doesn’t look like I was charged extra for my stromboli. +/-They were delicious, but our slices of pizza were pretty greasy. Despite how thin they are(eating 2 doesn’t fill me up), I also should have ordered another pepperoni slice. My stromboli was good, but not great(it was either overcooked, or some of the pepperoni was a tad old). The service was exceptional on Saturday(of course, I expect to be charged full price next time). We were greeted warmly, our food was heated well, and we were sitting down eating within a few minutes. I love the new girl(«It’s just a little crush…»), and I also love the pizza here.

Ate here once with my former roomie, Jenn. We both ordered a stromboni & they were hard as a freakin rock & it was cold even after they put it in the oven to heat! WTH?! Plus, not good service. Never again.

One of the better places to eat in Newpark mall. They give a discount for mall employees, which is immediate +1 star. Not many other places do that. Food is actually good. Pizza is greasy but hey, that’s half the charm of fast food style pizza haha. Definitely better than some of the other options in the food court. A smidge pricier but I get my discount so yay.

3.5 stars, to be more precise. They always have the same selection, and I have yet to see them run out of a type of pizza on their menu. Their chicken parmesan is OK, and you can get it with spaghetti(or ziti may also be an option) for less than $ 8. They don’t drain their spaghetti all that well though, so don’t be surprised to see a little water in your pasta plate. Flavor-wise, it’s nothing spectacular, but what do you want from a franchised Italian food joint in a mall food court?!

Somehow, I remember this place being way better and cheaper as a kid. Perhaps that was because I was a kid. Well whatever. The only reason why this gets 3 stars is because the guy serving my pizza was awesome. The salad was soggy, the pizza was burnt, and it was about 7 bucks for crap food. I’m waiting for the Gyro place opens up in the food court. Until then, it’s hot dog on a stick or NOTHING.
