New management = So many tiny flying bugs!!!
I came here with my parents for dinner. We have been to this restaurant many times in the past. Last night’s experience will be our last. Trying to have dinner while a bunch of tiny flying bugs are around our food was a really bad experience. I complained to the waiter and his only response was that the bugs have been there all week long. We didn’t finish our food as our appetite was quickly gone with the sight of the flying bugs. :(

I had to swat flies the whole time I was eating. One got in my soup! Also, the place seems cheap and old. You can tell the napkins are from the dollar store and the table and chairs are from the 80s. They need an upgrade and to clean up whatever is causing the gnats, they were everywhere.

Aside from the overall design and layout of this restaurant, the food remains pretty good. But I still have to give a one star because the whole time while I was eating, there were little flies going around my food. One fell into my tea. When I looked up at the wall next to me i saw at least a dozen on there.

The grilled chicken rice plate is delicious! I wanted to try a new Viet restaurant so I stopped in to eat here with a friend. You will not be disappointed! The grilled chicken is juicy on the inside and nicely grilled on the outside. The dish also comes with a side of chicken and lettuce soup. That is legit chicken soup! I’ll definitely be back again.

–Chairs are super comfy. You sink right in.
–Pieces of tripe and meats in the phở are nice and bite sized. Not too large that its hard to eat.
–Everyone gets their own plate of bean sprouts and cilantro and lemon. Don’t have to share!
–Regular size bowl has less noodles than other places. Still made me full but not overly full.

Horrible, walked into this place and mind you there is a bell that goes off when you walk in. No one came out to greet us yet there were people in the back talking. Sooooo we sat ourselves and a man came out looked at us and totally ignored us. He continued to go to the back and talk some more. He came back out to grab something and once again ignored us completely. I can see why this place is empty, we walked out right away after that. Off to a different place!!!

Food was good and so was the services. The waiter actually remember my order! You may think I’m joking, but almost 50% of the Vietnamese restaurants I went to don’t really remember what you order or need (Extra empty bowl, ice water, tea… etc). Oh and the Phở was great!

They were so so before. But they’ve got much better lately. The phở soup was delicious. The rice platter was very tasty. They paid attention to a lot of details such as the complimentary soup with the rice plate. It was shrimp soup last time and real chicken soup this time. And I didn’t feel thirsty after the meal = no/​less msg.
About the service, it was slow awhile back. But they’re very good now. They didn’t seem to mind about my numerous requests like more clean plates, bowl, napkins, cooked bean sprouts, beef on the side, etc. Even my kid made a mess, and they’re happy to help.
This restaurant is much better than other side in the Tri-​city area. I’m becoming the regular of this resto.

The phở was very good and had a very tasty broth. Although I did think the appetizer prices were a little high I do think that the food is good.
The atmosphere is very quaint and the service is very friendly. Unfortunately though the service is not very attentive throughout the meal. No one ever followed up with me for another drink. I would recommend it if you’re in the area stop by and try some good Vietnamese food the worst case scenario here is you will walk away enjoying a good meal and possibly not having a beverage refilled. Bön appétit

Awesome ph at a good price. The service has been quick at times (15 minutes from entry to food) and slower others (20 – 30 minutes) even with 10 – 15 people in the restaurant but can’t understand rhyme or reason… Drink glasses aren’t well cleaned. We got a drink glass with lipstick, sent it back, and got another dirty glass with similar issue.(probably just the plastic cups showing age vs glass-​made). I don’t mind waiting longer for the ph though since it’s just good.

Me and my family came here on a Tuesday night. It was not pack. The staff is very friendly and nice, great customer service. The food is decent. If you are very hungry this is a good place to eat the portion is big, for me I got a small and it was so much noodles and meat.
Come if you are really hungry.

We tried this many months ago which wasn’t great at all. I tried again this morning bun bo hue, wife got bun reu and kiddo got bang Canh. This restaurant transformed itself with a new setting. They must have live music with the big drum set on display. The food is a lot better. Their portion is huge!!!

Decided to visit this restaurant after a massage next door. Prices were cheap, service was fast, and the portions were huge. Split a large #12 with my mom and still took some home! Took off two starts since I’ve had better and there wasn’t anything truly special. I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area and want some cheap phở.

This restaurant has really bomb food! But I’m only giving it 3 stars because of their customer service. The first time I ordered take out chicken phở, they mixed up my order with beef phở instead (which also turned out to be really good). The 2nd time we order, they forgot to include the spring rolls we’ve included. They seem to rush their orders a lot and often mix up orders, but their food tastes delicious.

I love the Bun Rieu here! They put so much tomatoes, pork blood and egg with crab meatballs in there! The soup is also pretty flavorful but leave me thirsty every time. Oh yeah, the bowl is so filling, I leave the place full every time too! The beef cappaccio here is okay. It comes with shrimp paste sauce and shrimp chips.
The staffs here are soooo nice! They also bring you everything in these clean plates. The only thing is that the service here is slow – as in the food take forever to come out, but I’m in no hurry every time so it’s all good.

OH My Tho, I’ve given you chances. due to our long history together, but today is where I draw the line.
I called, The older gentleman who usually takes my order, and messes up my order by giving me the WRONG type of noodles on my togo order, put me on hold. A lady picked up, and I asked for #51. She asked me what kind of meat, and I asked her does she not know what is a #51? I told her it’s Chicken, Chicken and eggrolls. She said 10 mins to pick up, I gave her 15min before heading in.
When I get there, they forget to make my order, and I wait another 10 mins.
When I finally eat my food, the black mushrooms in the eggrolls TASTE LIKE DIRT because they didn’t wash the mushrooms before adding them to the eggroll mixture.
I forgave you for leaving ALL the dirty dishes owned by the restaurant, covering every single table during lunch time, 12−2pm, on a daily basis! But not providing my food in a timely manner, that was not even properly prepared?!
WE ARE OVER. and welcome to my BLACK list!

Came in today for takeout. Besides the slow service and wrong order complaints by other customers during my super long wait, four major things went wrong:
1) HAIR in my broth!!!
2) Avocado smoothie was prepared by (super friendly) cashier, who DIDN’T USE GLOVES OR WASH HER HANDS AFTER HANDLING FILTHY CASH (which could have been in a stripper’s crack)!!!
3) Avocado smoothie was DILUTED WITH HOT WATER, shamelessly in my presence!!!
4) CHUNKS OF PLASTIC WRAP in my avocado smoothie!!!
Had I dined in, I would have brought this up to them and puked in their presence, but unfortunately I ordered takeout and couldn’t do shit about it.
If there is anything you can take away from reading my review, AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE NOT COMPLYING TO FOOD SAFETY REGULATIONS!!!
