Nice clean place and very friendly staff. The doctors are also friendly, cooperative, and very knowledgeable and really does what is best for patient. Also uses the latest in dental technology. I would highly recommend this clinic to any one.

I have known Dr. Grace Del Rosario for many years, close to 10. You would think a provider is someone you can fully trust in your decisions with your health. This practice makes you feel as if they go above and beyond and do many dental favors for you, making you feel a top priority… IT’S ALL A FACADE!!! Behind the smiles they just want your money and DO NOT PERFORM TOP QUALITY WORK! Apparently Dr. Grace is a super dentist who specializes in many areas. She is a general dentist who performed cleanings and fillings, she is also an oral surgeon who extracted wisdom teeth and she is also an orthodontist! Amazing right… THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A GENERAL DENTIST OR SPECIALIST WHO PRACTICES ALL OF THESE THINGS!
I was going here for general treatment (check ups, cleanings, etc.), then eventually received orthodontic treatment as well. Now, all of this treatment was performed by ONE doctor, a GENERAL doctor. a General doctor who also performed ORTHODONTIC work. (FYI– A general dentist IS allowed to perform orthodontic work as long as it is up to the standard of care, as if a SPECIALIST, an Orthodontist, performed the work). I did not receive that type of care. At the time, I had no dental knowledge and of course put trust into the «professional», Dr. Grace.
Let me just add that the wait times are horribly long! Just one example (that has happened a few times): my scheduled 30min appointment was at 5pm, I wasn’t seen until 7pm!
I had double coverage, both insurances combined covered $ 3600 in ortho treatment.
I was diagnosed standard treatment of 24 months and extractions of 1 bicuspid on my top right and top left. Ok… fine.
She then upgraded me to all-​white, porcelain braces for an extra $ 900. TOP BRACES ONLY BUT LEFT THE BOTTOM BRACES METAL! (Again, I did not have much dental or ortho knowledge at the time) Did not make sense whatsoever! SHE JUST WANTED EXTRA MONEY. Insurance paid $ 3600, my share was $ 1500. Very expensive, even for a private practice.
Fast forward to 12 months into treatment: both bicuspids were already extracted, none of my teeth moved and I have 2 very large gaps which stopped me from smiling. I did not even want to talk if I didn’t have to.
24 months of treatment: EVERYTHING IS THE SAME! I kept asking what the next step was and when I would start seeing results. The response I kept receiving was, «Well, you’re a really difficult case. 8 more months» UMMM… OK?!
36 months in (12 months over my estimated time): Very little results, my spaces still were not even close to being closed. I received an estimated time left of 6 months. This was overly ridiculous so I started seeking other ortho providers who were actually BOARD CERTIFIED! Dr. Grace is not.
After 44 months of «treatment» from Dr. Grace, I still had a vary long way to go, I found a great Orthodontist and left Dr. Grace’s practice. This Orthodontist did more in 4 months than Dr, Grace did in 44 months! But, I am still bothered by the fact I now have to pay another Orthodontist to fix her work and I had issues with Dr. Grace’s employees being reluctant to give me everything in my patient file. Which is ILLEGAL!
Halfway throughout the «treatment» I received with Dr. Grace, I came to being in the dental field and worked vey closely with many insurances, general dentists and specialists. This is how I know Dr. Grace did not practice top quality care and charged me 2 times the amount she should’ve. I never missed an appointment and followed all instructions she gave.
After going back to Dr. Grace’s office multiple times to speak with the office manager and coordinators (Dr. Grace never took the time to speak with me face-​to-​face), I demanded I be refunded everything I paid, and that my insurances be refunded as well for her negligence of practice and for claiming she is a board certified orthodontist, which is false. Dr. Grace has not agreed to any requests, has not apologized for none of the malpractice and has not admitted to any mistakes.

Lets start with the pros: nice and super clean modern facility, TVs at each station, friendly staff.
Cons: over the top phone call reminders… even after leaving a message on my voice-​mail I get more calls until I pick up the phone. One reminder message on my voice-​mail will suffice, come on now.
LONG wait times (more than one incident, but we’ll just discuss this one that was the straw the broke the camel’s back and caused this Unilocal review). I’d like I emphasize THE LONG WAIT TIME as I sit here 41 minutes into my appointment watching TV while everyone else is being waited on. The only thing that saved my sanity with this appointment, was a SUPER AMAZING FRIENDLY (even after I got up out of my chair all pissy to leave. she was still so nice) dental hygienist. I wish I had gotten her name because if not for her, I’d be switching dental offices. She was the sweetest thing and totally calmed me down, apologizing for the wait, immediately starting on my cleaning after she finished with her patient, and even pulled the dentist in during the middle of my cleaning to do the routine evaluation of my teeth (this, I presume, would have been another wait if she hadn’t insisted on it). Anywho, I wish I remembered her name cause she saved the day, well, my day anyway :)
