I agree the food is delicious. It’s not gourmet but simple red sauce Italian place. Prices are very reasonable and service isn’t bad. You get complimentary garlic bread which is very delicious.

RUDEOWNER. Ordered pizzas and a large antipasta salad for my company. I received 2 calls back from an employee asking how large did I want the salad. I stated a half tray, i.e., enough for 10 people. Well, when the delivery guy came, it was a FULL tray enough to feed approx. 50 – 100 people at a cost of $ 67. I immediately called and was given the owner to talk to, who basically screamed at me, stating I was wrong for ordering a salad for 10 people because that’s the salad they give when its for 10+ people. I told him I specifically ordered a half tray and was never given a price as I would not have ordered a $ 67 salad for 10 people. He screamed some more stating«honey, its not a $ 67 salad, it’s an antipasta salad»(WTF??) and that they don’t have half trays(who doesn’t have ½ trays??). It was clearly their mistake and I guess we were literally forced to eat it. Guy was just a jerk. and should invest in some half trays.

We live around the corner from Francesca’s and this place is the best! They’re always super friendly and no matter what you get it’s always delicious. Delivery is also extremely fast. I highly recommend them!

Food is okay… just okay, but even if the pizza was phenomenal, the absolutely horrible atmosphere would keep even the biggest pizza lover away. As soon as you enter, you’re met with an incredibly tense vibe that makes you want to get out of there immediately. Can’t really explain it other than just an uncomfortable, weird, extremely thick awkward atmosphere. I’ve heard rumors about the staff/owner but all I know is how uncomfortable I felt in here.

Always the best. Baked ziti with meat sauce, add a hot Italian sausage, garlic bread and side salad. All perfecto. Don’t listen to the naysayers. This place is legit! Pizza is New York style and its GRWAT.

I give this place a 4 out of 5 simply because their food is delicious. I haven’t tried their pizza yet but I have had several of their pasta dishes and all were awesome. The décor is nice as well. The bad news is that they have poor and generally unfriendly service. They take long to serve and aren’t particularly attentive. I had the same experience dine in as I did while taking out so it is not necessarily the servers. It’s is an organizational culture.

Food is pretty mediocre. Ordered Buffalo chicken and they came with no buffalo sauce. A RUDE owner. Quite honestly, I wouldnt even give 1 star because not only the food is mediocre, the service is TERRIBLE. The Owner is such a nasty person, it seems like he has issues, and i realized that i wasnt the only one who felt this, there is this very heavy atmosphere the moment you step in the spot… i saw him yelling at one of the customers. I was like«REALLY??» Last time I checked, you should always put customers first especially in food business, I honestly cant believe the business is still running in this unprofessional environment. No wonder the business constantly hiring workers because nobody seems to stay there for long under his unprofessional management. This business seriously needs to be checked by city counsel for customer relations.
