Been here a couple times and needless to say the service was slightly below average. I went through the drive thru recently and ordered 2 items and somehow they only gave me one of the items I ordered and completely forgot about the second item. Seriously. How can you mess an order up with two items? I’d like to mention that I was the only one in line and there was no customers inside.

Took me 15 minutes to get through the drive through, with 2 cars in front of me!!! Why??? There is no excuse!!! The breakfast sandwich was better than normal, but that’s not saying a lot, and really doesn’t make up for the time I completely WASTED going to a «fast food» joint

The customer service at this location is non-existent. I went during breakfast hours through the drive-thru and it took forever for them to take my order. Once I pulled up to pay they asked me to pull ahead and they would bring my food out to me. Five minutes later they bring my order and the hashbrowns were overcooked and hard. This is not the only time I have experienced horrible service here. Now I know why McDonalds is SO busy. McDonalds on 21st offers excellent customer service. Avoid Burger King at all costs!

This has to be the WORST Burger King I have experienced in my life. This restaurant is VERY slow. I have been there 3 times and each time it takes about 15 mins to get me my food when dining in. One time I counted 3 employees in the back during peak hours. I think if I want BK, I will find the next closest one. The drive-thru order boards are poorly lit, if some are lit at all. I pull up about 5:30a and sometimes do not get a response at the speaker. Most times the order board is still showing lunch/dinner stuff and the staff expects you to know the breakfast menu! The other day there were diners in the dining room at 9p and the doors were locked. Unreal!
