Let me start by saying, I typically love Arby’s, and have given this location several opportunities to prove themselves. My last visit was so bad, I felt that I had to write this review. Being a huge fan of good BBQ, especially brisket, I was excited to see that they were offering what looked like a great new sandwiche. It was not only overpriced, which I would not have minded if it were good, but it was HORRIBLE!!! The brisket was sliced so thin that I could see through it, and so dry, that it was more like beef jerky than it was BBQ brisket… It was so disappointing!!! To add insult to injury, I also paid almost $ 2 for a small bag of their«homemade» potato chips. Half of them were rubbery and chewy, not Crisp as described. If you want a good BBQ sandwich, don’t just drive by them, push the gas pedal to the floor and scream by them, and drive the ½ mile to City BBQ.
