No corporate call back a week following escalated complaint to three member service individuals and corporate contact. Left several message for franchisee and general manager without call backs for resolution and spent an hour trying to resolve prior to checkout. Poor review due to following: –GM refused to give supervisor name and was told to google customer service complaint number myself –no greeting upon arrival and resident reception eating meal at front desk –no sleep following a 12 hour drive. Heard toilets flush, buzzing in room and front desk private conversations overheard in room on second floor due to volume. Front desk phone rang without pick-up –Shower water leaked onto floor –elevator buttons must be forcefully pushed to operate floor button — wi-if connection poor even after multiple sign-ins to recommended site –no site manager and Corporate unaware that there was a different manager since December 2015 –Deluxe breakfast includes one fruit and no waffles due to no mix –moved to another room after offer to place us on third floor by stairs with two full beds for self and spouse. –returned 2 ½ hours to suite that was not finished being cleaned. Vacuum and shower floor black. — was told would comp stay and received 10% off at checkout –no same day resolution. MUST wait 5 days for corporate intervention.(Which has not occurred) HUGE disappointment as this is a Wyndham property and have been pleased with Wyndham properties in past travels. Even staff admitted to ‘ball dropped’ and another advised ‘these things happen’. Extremely stressed before another 12 hour drive home.

Flimsy walls, smoky smell in non smoking rooms, insufficient hangars, no place to hang anything in the bathroom, ants on the bed, smelly hallways. Enough said. Thoughtless.

We booked a hotel room for the wrong day. We called the day of and spoke to them about our existing reservation, of which they assured us was still valid(the one we thought we had for today). We get there, and the lady behind the desk continues to blow us off at every given opportunity. If she even saw the hint of another customer waiting, she immediately left us waiting and continued to offer no recompense for the mistake that we made. While we are fully aware that it is our mistake, and thus our financial responsibility, she made no effort to even attempt a resolution. She mentioned that there were rooms available, but with her attitude problem it felt more like a slap in the face. Her co-worker then showed up and continued the same behaviors. I ACTUALLYFORGOTTHATWEWEREINAMERICA! WHATHAPPENEDTOTREATINGCUSTOMERSWELL??? I inquired about the whereabouts of the manager as to resolve this issue, as talking to problem 1 and problem 2, was going nowhere in a hurry because each of them claimed that they had no authority to resolve the issue. THEMANAGERISOFFFORTHEENTIREWEEKEND! That’s not a no-no for the hotel industry? Leave the poorly-socially trained staff attending the front desk while the management is off on a weekend romp? I have been to hundreds of hotels around the world, from the seediest places in Shanghai to the ritziest places in London. I promise you that there is nowhere that has ever made me feel less welcome. Perhaps it had to do with our race, but I’m not sure why people feel that it is ok to treat other human beings in a such a manner. In fact, we have frequently had better service at the local Taco Bell, which always greets us with a smile and casual banter. If we make any mistakes in our order, they smile and help us reach a satisfactory resolution with a smile(even if out of our own pocket), and do so each time we go there. THAT’s RIGHT. TACOBELLIS A BETTERHOTELTHANTHISTRAVESTY! As a University of Delaware employee, I am going to do everything in my power to make sure that no one affiliated with UD in any way EVERSTAYSHERE.

Yes just redone and good value to the other two hotels next door. However these beds are tiny, not sure they are a real double size, probably are but tight. The furniture is also cheap, kinda like Walmart screw together type. Looks good but won’t last a year of use. The breakfast is pretty poor cereal and some frozen muffins was about it. If you want more room better breakfast for $ 60 more a night go next door. For a bargain go here.

I’m the first review… yay! I stayed here because it was one of the most cheap options and isn’t like old or gross. The room was nice. I left five stars because of the great customer service. I am deathly afraid of bugs and at like 6:30am I found a centipede in my bed(ew gross) and I started screaming and crying and was too scared to even be in my room anymore. Clark the front desk man came in my room and removed all the blankets and pillows for me. And then he called his manager Juana to come in. She came in super early, and helped me pack all of my luggage. They discounted my room and then upgraded me to a suite. I really appreciate all that they did because I really do fear bugs and I was too scared to be in my own room and they helped me to be more comfortable. bThanks Juana and Clark :) Also I came back to my hotel very drunk one night and another employee(who I don’t remember) helped me get in my room and brought me water because I was too drunk to function. Thank you to whoever that was!
