I love their products, but customer services is a big problem. Some sales people are very nice, but those behind the register are awful! Who do they think they are? I have to wait for 30 minutes for gift wrapping. It’s like pulling teeth to ask for offers. They don’t tell you. When I confront them, they say, «At the end of the day, it’s the customer’s responsibility. There are many other locations that are more efficient and pleasant, so DON“T GO THERE!!!

I used to work for Sabon so I really do enjoy this place.
This Sabon location is pretty small but decorated beautifully (as all the sabon locations are)
They are always giving out soap samples and it smells amaze when you walk by.
I came here to pick up some last minute gifts and the employees there were super helpful. I hate when people breathe down your neck and dont give you a chance to think about what you even want. The employee helped me pick out exactly what i needed and then wrapped it perfectly.
This is a great spot to go to if your looking for a nicer gift for someone. The items can be a bit pricy but the products are good quality, packaged beautifully, and last pretty long.
