We stopped by early on a weekend morning before the crowd hit. Lot of bagel varieties and the ones we tried were top notch, service was good, prices were awesome and economic. Parking was somewhat limited but what can you expect in New York. Kinda small with little to no seating but definitely a good place for quick breakfast. The only negative I have is that the coffee leaves a lot to be desired.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, but Unilocal requires you list at least one star. I am done with this place. Not because of the bagels or toppings. Those are pretty decent. But the service. It sucks. Slow. Slooooooow!!! The two girls behind the counter are beyond slow and disorganized. Bagels are synonymous with breakfast. Which means you want to get in, get out, grab your breakfast, and go!!! As much money as the place makes invest in better faster toasters. Better help. The last straw was two days ago. I went at 10:00am. I was the only person on line. The only person in the store. And those two girls were still beyond slow. I had a simple order and had to repeat myself THREE times!!! I am done with The Bagel Zone. This morning I went to Village Square Bagels in Mamaroneck and it was a million times better. Faster. And less frustrating. They will be getting my business from now on.

Fresh and delicious bagels made daily. It can get crowded during breakfast hours but definitely worth it. You don’t have to wait that long to get what your ordered. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly.

Love this place. It Can get kinda crowded and disorganized but what else can you expect from a great bagel place? Bagels are always fresh and the service is usually pretty quick.

I’ve been buying breakfast for my family here for almost a decade. I am extremely loyal to Bagel Zone I have not once, in hundreds of visits, had a bad experience or anything negative to say about this place or their great bagels!

The only reason I used to overlook the super slow service, dirty tables and floor and über annoying bicycle posses on Saturday mornings was because Bagel Zone was the only bagel store in the neighborhood with tofu cream cheese for us non-​dairy eaters. We tolerated paying more too, but apparently not enough vegans in town to sustain carrying a product for those with restricted diets. Guess we aren’t as hip as the Gluten-​free crowd.

Great tasting bagels here! The place gets pretty packed but they do a good job helping everyone out quickly.
