Such a wonderful place to go. Nice and flat to walk around and they have tons of events going on. The only downside side is the very outdated(broken/rusty) playground equipment. I wish they would fundraise so they could replace it or get rid of it. My daughter always wants to play on the swings and slide and it isn’t safe at all(cracked plastic etc)

Gorgeous park! I’m not sure about all of you other pet owners, but I love to bring my puppy to a park for playing, walking, and just to enjoy the day. Unfortunately Harrybrook park does not allow dogs! Which is fine, because I was under the impression that there are homes that are built on the outskirts of the park, and from what I understand, they take care of the property! I was lucky enough to be a part of the Alzheimer’s awareness walk at this park, just about 500 people came, and it was big enough for everybody! Parking, walking, live music, refreshments, it is a great location to host the event and support the cause. The Alzheimer’s Association did have to pay for four hours worth of their time at the park that day, which is disappointing! Other than that, there was not a lot of foot traffic from other patrons, which leads me to believe that this is a remote place to come! If you walk around the park three times, it is equivalent to walking 2 miles. The walk is in one large circle, with a fountain and water in the center. There are gardens with white picket fence is all round, and trails going into the woods where you can further explore! I give four stars for the scenery and three stars for the politics involved!

Love this park, it’s so great! Before the weather turned cold I would go here every morning for a walk/jog. Everyone I have walked past is friendly for the most part and usually will say hi. It’s quite peaceful here and the geese won’t bother you at all if you don’t bother them.
