By far the best gym in the area. Two studios for classes, spinning room and two floor of weights and machines. Knowledgeable trainers, friendly staff and clean locker rooms. Great range of abilities and ages means everyone can find something. Home away from home

I love Phys-​Ed. It’s a brand new building with brand new equipment, very clean and a very motivating atmosphere. Couldn’t imaging joining any other gym in the area. The staff is also very friendly, the trainers are very knowledgeable and there is a very wide variety of equipment to help suit your workout routine. Highly recommended.
