I recently called The Telegraph from out-of-state looking for a special release album that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else — and the person I spoke to on the phone was SO helpful and polite. They helped me order it online and sent it out right away. Super impressed with their awesome customer service and hope I can go in-person someday soon!

This is my first stop for vinyl. Last year i fixed an old turntable and now i need some new records to spin. The folks at The Telegraph know the local and national music scene. They have directed me to some new finds, and have ordered me some special items. I like the mix of new and old in the store. I also shop as much for the used books as i do the LPs. And they have a lot of info on hand regarding local music venues to hear great stuff live. I have even heard some great live music in the store.

great collection and fair pricing. really nice staff. will be back for sure. be sure to pick up one of their cool free phonograph pins! for the uncategorized records, you can possibly get a great deal on these. make sure to check the records before buying. the queen record i picked up was filthy, but i didn’t discover that until i got home, so that was my own fault.

Stopped by here first for Record Store Day. I found all but one of the vinyl I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and the prices were just right. I shall return for another visit to find more treasures.

A great independent record shop in the lovely city of New London. They tend to have more current offerings but still have a bit of old stuff to dig through. The only drawback is that they seem to be a bit more expensive than some other record shops I’ve frequented. Employees here are friendly & they have frequent instore performances. Support your local record shop. It’s definitely better than giving your money to Apple and/or getting your music for free.

Nice little record store. Stopped in a few times this past Saturday because they were hosting some performances for I Am Fest, a free indie music festival in New London. Each time we stopped in, we found something new we wanted to buy. Some items were a little pricier than what we’ve seen at other record stores, but some prices were decent. The selection was pretty good — lots of new and used records, a collection of new and used CDs, and books. Staff was really friendly. All-around cool place.

Nice place overall. Good selection of new & used LP’s, CD’s and even some books. Prices were steep for the newer stuff and really overpriced for the Record Store Day items. Assuming it’s because it’s the only record shop in the area, so they can get away with charging it. In comparison to other locally-owned stores, still a few dollars higher for the same new titles. The used LP’s seemed to be priced better. Staff was friendly when spoken to, and seemed helpful. Although, I didn’t know where they were originally as they were sitting in the back on the computer instead of at the register in front greeting customers. Good organization, and space to move around. Top-shelf LP’s were hard to view for the average-height so I ended up skipping most of the top shelf. I would visit again if I was in the area as it was clean & quiet, but likely wouldn’t go out of my way again to visit.
