Went there this past Sunday morning at 4:06 am. First thing I hear over the drive thru speaker is we can only accept cash, no credit cards! I had cash and proceeded to order food from the menu board. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. The woman said we are only serving breakfast! The breakfast menu was not being displayed! It was the lunch menu. I told her that and she said they did not have time to change the menu board, really? I was suppose to now order breakfast with no menu except the lunch menu. She was very rude. Took almost 15 minutes to get my food from the time I pulled up to the drive thru. I could see a manager sitting in the office. I could hear the woman yelling at someone about making the food. When I finally received my order it was hot and fresh but my steak, egg, and cheese bagel had a big chunk of bone in it. I almost chipped a tooth. This bone was the size of a nickel! Several cars behind me all had these long wait times also. Place seemed understaffed and manager did not seem to care as he was sitting in the office instead of helping out. This is a very busy McDonald’s and is usually ok but it really was bad this time.

Over the last 8 years, we have visited this location several times each year. I can truthfully say that EVERYTIME, they have gotten the order wrong. I’m not kidding – every. damned. time. It’s a pretty amazing record. NL McDs, you need to step up your drive-thru game!

Usually very clean, friendly(forced friendly, but friendly) workers and I’ve never had a messed up order before. Good food(again, as good as McDonald’s can get) and reasonably fast service.

I went to McDonalds because I had a $ 5 gift card and my total was $ 5.74, so I went to window to pay and gave me the card back and said I had .50 left on my card and I said I gave you $ 6 and where is my change and he said well I rang the cash in first instead of the gift card. Seriously, and would not give me my .50 so I through out the gift card and will not go back there.

This is our local Mcdonalds, and they almost always get our order wrong, and in addition to that, the sporadically charge extra for a fourth sauce for an order of 20 chicken mcnuggets. I know of no other Mcdonalds that does that…

The employees were friendly and the women’s restroom was clean, but the food could have been better. I ordered a Sweet Chili McWrap w/grilled chicken, and the lettuce seemed wilted. The flour tortilla was also soggy and stuck to the roof of my mouth – this could be true in general for the tortillas if they come from a central supplier for all the McDonalds, though… It also took what felt like forever to get a fish filet sandwich(okay, around 10 minutes). But at least the employees were apologetic about the wait. It also felt a bit crowded inside, which seemed odd for 3 – 4 pm. Whenever I tried to get around, there was an employee mopping the floors or high school students blocking the exit.

Very cool indoor playlot, quick service. Pretty clean. They use to(not sure if they still do) employee mentally handicapped adults from a nearby center, which means the ownership is connected to the community, which is a big plus in my book.
