This used to be one of the best Wendy’s in the area. Used to have a great staff of kids who were polite, friendly, and cared about the customers. Those kids must have gone back to school or something because this location is now full of the most rude, ignorant and slow employees i’ve ever seen… anywhere. Normal wait time is 5 – 10 min in the drive thru and don’t you dare ask for ketchup or a drink carrier, you’ll get the eye roll and nostril flare from the girl in the window(seriously…a drink carrier. not like i asked for her kidney). There is one employee in particular there and it astounds me that she still has a job with her attitude. Used to be a regular but will not return until they clean up their act and their employees.

This location is a very poor reflection on the Wendy’s franchise. Constant mistakes and employees that either have no idea what they’re doing or don’t care. The food is normally good, which is their only saving grace. That is assuming you actually get what you ordered. I can’t speak for the daytime staff, but anyone working from dinnertime on has been terrible in my experience. Last time I was there, I was charged an amount no where close to my actual total. To be fair, they are in the process of rectifying that situation. All in all, I’d go elsewhere in the neighborhood, at least until they hire some people during the evening that are even the slightest bit competent.

2 weeks ago I was waiting for my food being prepared at the counter. The woman that was making the French Fries had put some of the fries that fell on the floor back into the tray before giving me my food. Needless to say I left my food and told the manager I am never coming back to this store again! I don’t even give this location a 1 star, but I can’t remove it!

Terrible. I don’t understand how you can be out of stock on fries!?! Your a fast food restaurant with no fries?! And on top of it. you ask if I would like a different side but I would have to pay for it? Love Wendy’s but just not this one.

Poor service. The head manager does not appear to care that people wait to not only order but also receive food. I have tried this location several times… service is the same– slow and food is always sloppy. Numerous trips to other Wendy’s locations lead me to believe that the poor customer service is localized to this one. Cannot recommend this store… find another one.

I stopped here for lunch after work and went drive thru. I ordered a spicy chicken combo w/a medium fry and root beer. My boss ordered a Wendy’s version of the chicken wrap. We had two cars ahead of us and received our food in seven minutes, so the service wasn’t bad. They made sure we received everything from our order.

Rudest employee ever. Girl taking my order actually rolled her eyes at me when I stepped up to order my food. Then when I was standing there waiting she looks and me and says what chu waitin for? I said my drinks. She just seemed generally annoyed to be there. The food is food and my kids wanted Wendy’s. I don’t know if I’d go back to this location again.

Just had a grilled chicken salad and a chili. Both were good. I dont like the water in the bottom of the salad bowl. Definately more chicken than you get at mcd. Service was fast and friendly. Wendys has changed the menu and I will go back. I wont go to the Wendys in Mokena on Lagrange.

$ 7.59 for a Baconator Combo, upped the drink to a medium for an extra 60-cents plus tax put my meal at $ 8.89. 1. The up charge for an extra 6 ounces of soft drink is too expensive. 2. The french fries were terrible — tasted burnt, and they felt«soggy». This isn’t the first time. 3. The amount of bacon didn’t seem enough for the extra cost, plus without slices of tomato, onions & pickles I felt I was overcharged. The bacon was dried up and crumbled, like you’d find on a salad bar. What happened to fresh slices? Still, I won’t eat McD’s or BK, but I won’t return to Wendy’s anytime soon. I’d be a more regular customer if I thought I was getting my money’s worth, but even if cheap, the fries were so bad I wouldn’t order a combo again. I ate lunch at Panera yesterday, it was about the same price, and much higher quality. Wendy’s, if you want my business, you need to do better!

OK, I was starving and knowing I had no food at home for dinner, I thought I’d give this location another try. Big mistake. Not only did they get my order wrong AGAIN, but the guy who was in front of me had to come back because they forgot to give him his chili and when I bit into my chicken sandwich, it tasted like it had been left over from the lunch rush. I didn’t even finish it. I’ll be calling the customer service number on the back of my receipt to let them know how disgusted I am with this location. My Mother would be proud.
