I WISH I COULD GIVE LESS STARS… after ordering from
a bouquet for my mother’s birthday (100+ dollars) she received a less than favorable spread. I called pro flowers and they guaranteed that a new bouquet would be sent the next day. My mother received instead a delivery man demanding the original bouquet back and telling her that i was refusing to pay for them, (which was a lie) my mother was mortified! I was highly embarrassed, instead of calling me to try and resolve the issue directly they insulted me to my mother and made my mother feel horrible that she had to give her flowers back… I called Barbara to tell her that it was in no way to conduct business by having a delivery person try and retract the flowers!!! AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! now if that isn’t wonderful customer service i don’t know what is… I was even told I was not wanted as a customer!!! now I can totally play the race card here and see where THAT goes!!! long story short spend your money else where…
