JW Becker Flowers fulfilled an order for me through a third party. I was extremely disappointed when I paid for expedited delivery to have a fruit basket delivered before noon and it wasn’t delivered when I was told it had been. Three times I had called re: my order and they lied, telling me it was delivered before noon. The order was actually for a neighbor of mine; lucky thing, because my husband arrived home from work between 5 and 6 o’clock that day only to see our order being delivered, 5 ½ hours late! Three times I was told over the phone that it had been delivered by noon, and three times I was lied to. They also informed me that if the person was not home, that they would get a neighbor to sign for it; however, my husband watched as the guy left it on the front steps. When he questioned the delivery guy, the driver told him he was not aware that it should have been delivered before noon.
I don’t care how fresh the fruit is, or that they do amazing arrangements; they LIED! I wonder how many people pay for expedited shipping and never find out that their item wasn’t delivered when it should have been.

Ran in at the last minute for a specific arrangement. I never been there before but was treated like a long time customer. Friendly service, artful arrangement great price. Everyone commented on the gorgeous flowers. Thank you!

I’ve received a few bouquets of flowers for birthdays and valentine’s day and recently placed my order of flowers for my wedding. John was extremely patient, helpful with suggestions, reminded me of other flowers I would need and gave us a fantastic price. Eddie was great to work with for our wedding flowers. The flowers were great and he spent a lot of time working with us. We really had no idea (as a guy, I didn’t care at all), about what we wanted. Eddie sat us down and went over what he knew would work best with our church, reception hall and the girls dresses. Everything came out great, and my wife was extremely pleased.
