Very happy so far with my Polaris 850 touring. Friendly staff that are not pushy when it comes to making a sale. Got a great deal on a awesome four wheeler. I would definitely do business here again.

I was in the market for a new bike and decided upon the ’15 Kawasaki Versys 1000LT. I have always owned Honda motorcycles so this departure from a brand to another was important to me. I went to Speed Nation Powersports and was very pleased with the sales staff. The price I was quoted with the Kawasaki factory options was outstanding. The bike was delivered with the accessories installed and a tour of all the features. I brought the bike back recently for the 1000 mile check-up and service and was pleased with the work. Great bike. I will recommend this dealership to my friends as well as the Versys 1000LT.

I have purchased two motorcycles from Speednation and have got a great price on my bikes. Also, their service department went through the catalog so I could pick out my helmet and helped me with sizing. I am glad to have a local dealer with such a large section of bikes and gear.

I found this place on Unilocal, but seeing as it had no reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I went in looking for a motorcycle helmet and new gloves. The selection was decent, but the helmet I had in mind, an R-PHA 10, wasn’t something they appeared to have in stock. Helmets seemed to be on the cheaper side, around the $ 100-$ 150 range. Mostly HJC’s lower range, and Epic. No Shoei or Arai or anything like that. They also had a small selection of new and used bikes, clothing and what looked like a used parts and service counter. Where this place really failed was in their customer service. There were at least 4 employees visible when I walked in, and no one ever said a thing. Not the guys at the sales tables for bikes, and not the guys at the back. Not even hello. I was the only customer in the store the entire time. I spent about 20 minutes trying on a bunch of helmets and no one ever asked if I needed help. I’m not sure if it’s because they have bad customer service, or perhaps because I’m a middle aged female shopping for an item in what many consider a male dominated sport, but either way, I felt pretty awkward in there. At the end of the day, I was excited to support a local business, but resigned myself to driving out to Motorcity Powersports in Bloomfield Hills. Excellent service there! C & C in Brighton and Rosignau in Dearborn are also much better.
