Absolutely awful experience. We were the only people in the bar and six staff stood around in the corner playing terrible music. Staff were rude and inattentive… hookah was average and had to get a new one twice because it was working. I will never go back.

Went back and the manager took care of me! Definitely a better experience all around! Kudos to you all and I told all my friends how great the experience was!!!

The staff was very inattentive when it came to refilling the coals for the hookahs. The lounge didn’t have any ice available and the staff was very discourteous. On the upside the music was great and the fact that you can bring your own liquor was awesome.

This place is awesome. Ive been there twice so far and ive had great service and hookah each time. Fresh fruit hookah was amazing and the bouncer/security guard is hilarious. Would def recommend this place to anyone.

This place is dirty and ghetto. The music is all teen pop. Fine if you’re under drinking age and need somewhere to go in new haven, but if u want a classy place to lay back and chill with ur people this is not it. Dirty burnt couches. Average age 16 and under. Not for the grown and sexy.

Awful place. Awkward design and poorly chosen music. Cheap atmosphere. If you want fancy or at least a clean place to go to, this is not the one. Gross, dirty bathrooms, the white couches are not white anymore because of all the smoke and burn. Choosing white couches was definitely not a good idea. Definitely not what I expected or saw on the pictures here on Unilocal

Blue walls and white sofas makes for a calming yet cool atmosphere. This place only offers hookah and tea but allows you to bring outside food and drink. The hookah’s are sub-par at best but are a little cheaper than Mediterraneanea down the street(around 18 $ compared to 21+). The teas are decent but nothing special, I know they can’t get a license for both food and hookah but it would be so much better if you could order at least appetizers!

This place is really nice and fairly new — within walking distance of Yale University. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t serve any food. They don’t serve alcohol so it is bring your own beer. The hookah here is different from the other places that I have been to. The Hookah is tobacco free, which is a bit different. The servers here are great and checked up on my party constantly. It was about $ 18 for a regular hookah and $ 24 for hookah with fresh fruit.
