Tough location to get in and out of if you are driving. Street parking. Did not take long to get my iced coffee but there was no line. Iced Coffee, large — $ 2.75

This is a solid DD location. Fast service, and they have never messed up my order. Not always the safest feeling group of people, especially early in the morning, but the staff keep it clean and make sure that no one is just hanging out and sleeping inside.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. This is frequented by a odd mixture of clientele. The workers, patients and visitors of the nearby hospital. It is also frequented by construction workers of the downtown New Haven work sites and finally by beggars and mentally ill from the nearby mental health center. The wait is unbelievable, at least 15 to 20 minutes. The coffee is the worst. tastes like dishwater. If you ask for a shot of turbo they always forget and sometimes they forget to add coffee! Bagels and donuts taste 2 days old. The staff barely speak English and move at a snails pace. If you are willing to spend a little more money for better quality go to Starbucks or panera bread about 3 minutes walk up York street.

I stop by this DD location frequently for hot and iced coffees, as it’s directly on my way to work. It’s clean, the line moves quickly, and the staff is friendly. Well above average for a DD.

I stop in for the coffee. Dunkin’ happens to be my favorite coffee, and it’s a great treat before a long day at work. I usually pass on the doughnuts, though. Too many munchkins and I will start to resemble one. Service is alright, I don’t usually have to wait. They don’t seem overly familiar with the rewards program, and some don’t know how to use the pay with phone feature on my smartphone, but it’s no big deal. Management could do more to prevent loitering, hence the low rating.

Nice place to stop by. A Boston Crème Donut and a small hot chocolate to go. I always enjoy them. Also got some spicy potato/onion wedge, tasted yummy. Wish they add a few spicy item on menu. I would recommend a visit to the place whenever u’d like smtn sweet.

I usually don’t eat donuts, but since Dunkin’ Donuts is so popular in CT, I had to have one while I was in the area. Since it’s October, a lot of places are introducing pumpkin options. I had a Pumpkin Pie Donut and Pumpkin Donut Holes. The donut’s frosting was too overwhelming — it was like eating a pile of frosting. I couldn’t taste much of the pumpkin flavor, seemed more like a cinnamon donut rather than a pumpkin donut. The donut hole was good though. Incredibly long line at this place, and hard to read the menu to decide what you want until you’re up at the cash register.

I tried to use the restroom to wash my hands before eating, but there is a sign on the men’s room saying«out of order.» On a previous visit an employee had told me that they use an «out of order» sign to keep the homeless out and that if I ask, I will be given a key. I asked for a key, but I was told that the key was locked inside by another customer and they can’t get inside. I tried to open the women’s room(these are single-person bathrooms), but it, too, was locked. I went back to the front and asked if I could have the key for that one since the men’s room key was locked inside. I was told that the women’s room key is also locked inside. I questioned the employees more, and the story kept changing to the bathrooms being«out of order» or the keys being locked inside. They are obviously lying to prevent customers from using the bathroom.

I’m not sure if you can actually rate a Dunkin Donuts this high. But with sooo many DD in New Haven, I like the fact this one stays open late. Coffee at 9:30P.M. still tastes fresh. That’s high on my ratings.
