Good food with great price. I like kebab kofta and my kids cheese pizza. Who he gives as care make us feel happy.

Ok middle Eastern food. Terrible baklava falafel not good. Shawarma good. Wouldn’t return.

Good food and pretty low prices, especially given that other similar late night delivery places have been raising theirs. Great for late night. Wasn’t the best when I first started ordering here, but I’ve noticed improved quality. Their falafels have definitely gotten better! And as another rater said, great baba ghanouj.

We’ve used Aladin to cater our summer bike party two years running. Falafal, pita, hummus, salad, everything we have gotten here has been delicious and plentiful. They are friendly and helpful to work with if you decide to use them to cater your party. They also delivered to some fairly obscure locations for us, that’s the spirit!

Perfect spot for after hours eating, or just when you’re in the mood for a great slice of pizza. Quality food and customer service is my favorite about this place. Mohammad and his son tony are very sweet and I love how welcoming they are! I haven’t been here in a while since I no longer work in downtown new haven, but it is certainly the best place to eat after a night on the town.

Pretty dank for late nights. I think their falafel and hummus is fresher than Mammon’s just a few blocks away.

I’m obsessed with Aladin Crown! It’s fast, big portions, amazing salads! Their falafel isn’t amazing but their baba ganoush is. trust me, worth it.

good/cheap eat. If you are looking for a quick bite this place has a big selection for a good price. Great service! went here with a group of friends and we ordered lentil soup, chicken kebab, stuffed grape leaves spaghetti and sandwiches. everything was good and huge portion size! huge 12″ chicken parm sandwich for $ 6.75! Had left overs for lunch. will come again!

I went here for my sons birthday, the service to my son was exquisite and better yet they let me watch for no extra charge. They also made a killer deal for the rest of the kids in the party. Strongly recommended for any teenagers birthday party(they also do bar mitzvahs)

I used to come here when i attended Yale and loved it as very casual late night dinning esp falafel sandwich and hummus @ 1am(its a pizza, middle eastern, sandwich shop), and 6 years later we visited New Haven again and was impressed by the quality of food. Falafel sandwich authentic and a must try is their Kibbe(Fried dough ball w beef and spices). I usually always got middle eastern food bc hard to find authentic places near by. Its a great casual low key place but at midnight after a club or bars– it’s absolutely the Best Place and well known to local New Haven /Yale students as hot spot late hours. Prices reasonable and family owned. It was nice to see same staff that worked there years ago.

Not much to talk about… late night food that is most likely okay under the circumstances, otherwise — I think not. They do deliver SUPER late though, got delivery(outside of New Haven) at 2:30am on a Friday night… so not much room to complain all in all I guess. But I don’t think I would order from here again.

10 mins to get a cold slice of cheese pizza, we were the only people here. Slice was ok. Bathroom doorknob broken so you can’t exit the bathroom once you’re in. Staff laughs at that. Its a $ 10 fix at Home Depot. Cmon people

$ 10 can get you a falafel combo and a whopper side of fries. When you’re tipsy and/or angry and hungry at midnight, aladdins is the place. I’ve always been happy with their service even on grubhub. I cannot complain. The falafel combo comes with a hearty side of hummus and pita bread. Everything is pretty tasty without being greasy either. Extremely generous portions for a decent price. New haven, appreciate this joint.

The one time I ordered, the food was two-thirds bad, almost three quarters. The chicken fingers were both soggy and hard(overcooked), and they were cut wrong(which makes it hard to cut into smaller pieces). The«oil and vinegar» salad dressing was made with some clear oil and white vinegar. No olive oil? No red wine vinegar? Who calls that food? The one thing I got that was good was the baba ganoush – good and plentiful. But then the bread that came with it was stale. I don’t think I’ll order again.

One of the best, if not the best, chicken shawarma spots in new haven. Hummus is always great and their fresh made pita, not the damascus bakery stuff, bread is phenomenal. Pictures provided.

Mediocre food at decent prices. I wouldn’t ever come back here, but I’ve had friends in the area who were regulars. I see the other reviews here similarly – I’ve had pizza and falafel here before. I know«New York style» refers to the make of the pie, but in my book, «New York style» also means«good», so I can’t let Aladdin pizza share that distinction. The restaurant was very run-down the last time I went and the food looked very unappetizing in its fluorescent presentation. Aladdin makes sense for halal or cheap late night pizza, with relatively quick turnaround and fine counter-service, but otherwise Aladdin makes no case for itself when you have Mamoun’s and so many great pizza places in the city.

Order wasn’t complete, lied to me telling me their crust wasn’t thin. Driver decides to park a block down and walk in the rain since he doesn’t have gps, have to walk out and point him to where I lived. I end up with soggy not as described pizza I ordered with chicken fingers that taste like play-do. Brought coke instead of the drink I ordered… last time I’m ordering here. Edit: It’s gotten better over the year

Fuck you, sober Greg. These dudes are deese and I’m giving them another star and you’re probs gonna be way too hung over to change it back in the morning. Love, drunk Greg. p. s. There’s an extra falafel in the fridge for you tomorrow. You owe me one.

This is really nice food at a really good price. What really stood out though was the seasoning in the shawrma and the sauces they used. Really flavorful. I wanted to keep eating. Had wings, fries, and a turkey shawrma. Everything was great, the wings were well seasoned and the meat falling off the bone, the blue cheese sauce matched it perfectly, the fries were crispy and the turkey shawrma hit the spot and tasted authentic(and was only $ 5). Will be coming back to try some more: D.

Halal(if that’s a necessity for you), inexpensive, open late, and extremely tasty. No, an iron chef didn’t cook everything on the menu, but if you’re not snobby like that then you’ll find happiness here. Their American food is solid, as are their Mediterranean offerings. You’ll find anything from cheesesteaks and variations of grinders to wings/pizza and shawarma. Due to my friend’s strong endorsement of their steakbomb I went against my shawarma inclination. To my pleasant surprise, I was quite pleased. First bite, hot, cheesy, meaty, and tasty. Second bite, this is totally worth it, I’m definitely coming back again. Third bite, wow that was so good, I need another. Wait, that’s a bit of an exaggeration. Some kind soul was also nice enough to give us their leftover wings. Again, they did not disappoint. Crispy on the outside, plenty of meat on the bones, and a good heap of buffalo sauce slathered all over. I’m sure the area is littered with comparable eateries for the night owls and blood sucking vampires — wait, do they eat food? — but if you’re feeling like you want some typical pub grub or mediterranean without wanting to tip a server then you know where to go.
