I wish this forum offered«zero» stars because that’s what I really wanted to give them. DONOTUSETHESEGUYS. Worst experience I never had. Let me explain. I found a Groupon offering this companies services. We agreed on a date and time and I received an email verifying the appointment. Three days before our move they call and say they are having mechanical issues and asked if I could do our move on another date. I explained that I could not because I was contractually obligated to be out on a certain date. They said they would try to work something out and call back. They never did and I called every day for three days. Nobody would answer the phone or return my calls. The morning of the move, no one showed up. I called the office and, by some divine miracle, got ahold of someone. They said they had me listed as a «non-confirmed» or some kind of crap like that. I explained I even had a conformation email. They rescheduled for later that day. Again, no one showed up. I called and called. No response. Finally, I got another mover at the last minute and got a refund from Groupon. Again, DONOTUSETHESEGUYS. They are horrible. I have no idea how they stay in business.

I was scheduled to have my stuff moved on 09÷26÷15, the movers no showed me. I did have a police officer there to get my stuff for legal reasons and they said they didn’t want to be involved. They never even called to tell me I had to call and find out they wasn’t coming. Because of this I have to go back to court and get another court order so I can get my stuff again. Please don’t use these people, they wasn’t even apologetic. Worst customer service I have ever seen!

I needed someone to move a 12ft shuffle board to the second floor of my house. They came on the same day I called. They were inexpensive, courteous, skillful, friendly, and most importantly professional. We will definitely use them again for any future moving needs. Thanks guys!

We paid for a move to include our family piano. We were billed for the household items as well as the piano. Our piano was dropped on the back of the cabinet onto the cement floor. While the employee accepted responsibility for the damage, wrote the damage on the invoice, confirmed with the office about the damage. the owner of the company is now saying we did not pay for a piano to be moved and will not compensate us for the $ 1397.68 repair bill. We have an invoice from the company showing the charge and we have a bill from the credit card company where they ran that charge against our credit card. For the past 2 months they have dodged not only my phone calls but also my emails. They keep promising to return phone calls and do not. In addition they removed the handles from our refrigerator and have not returned them. Their stories about the handles changes every time I finally do get to speak to them — can’t get a straight answer. Save yourself the aggravation and use another firm. Update: just posted a review on their facebook site — thought they’d take the comments down and they did.

Incredibly unprofessional. Mover arrived two hours late with excuses about how unorganized the company is. Save yourself the aggravation. Call someone else.

I used New Caney Movers again and they were just as exceptional the second time. I had them pack and move a 1 bd townhome. Everything was carefully packed. The movers came on a second day and they were just as efficient.

The owner of the company is a miserable man who has no customer service skills. His wife, who was super nice, was emailing back and forth with my husband and then scheduled us for a free in home estimate for sat am. When the time came and past no one showed up so I called to ask if the guy is coming to give us an estimate. The owner was rude and said I do nothing for free and the wknd is when I make money so don’t bother waiting for an estimate. I said your ppl called me, schedule the appt., and confirmed it. He again proceeded to tell me he does nothing for free and no one will be coming out. He was arrogant and rude and had no customer service skills. I would nvr recommend them to anyone after they were recommended to us. I asked him if he was the owner he said yes and I said your responses and customer service skills are poor he said ok and basically hung up on me. He obviously acts like he does not need the business. Do not use them! Spare yourself the aggravation!!!

Robert and Tony just did a recent move for my family and me and they did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I had a number of antiques and they took all the right measures to make sure these pieces were protected throughout the move. I love that they bring all of the shrink wrap, blankets, padding needed to make the move. It was the best $ 300 bucks I have spent in a long time!
