I hadn’t been in a J. Crew store in years, but they were having a sidewalk sale on a recent Saturday and they had some nice looking clothes that got me to go inside and downstairs to the men’s department to see what else was on sale. I was impressed not only with the quality of the clothes and the immaculate condition of the store (kudos to whoever trained the staff to fold!), but also as to how helpful and pleasant the staff is.
I bought two items at a very good discount and walked out very impressed. I hope my local J. Crew store has such great people working there.
