Killer brisket, best I’ve had in NJ. The beans have a nice kick. The cinnamon apples are a nice little dessert afterwards. The St. Louis Ribs are excellent and the chicken is scrumptious. If you can catch this guy on 27 when he’s open it’s not to be missed. Mr. Todd should be declared a state treasure.
I’m not sure how you can go wrong here other than being full before you taste this exquisite BBQ.

CT’s southern cooking is absolutely scrumptious. After a long day of golfing on Tara Greens on Route 27, my friend and I noticed his truck and food stand on the side of the row and decided to give it a shot. It was the best decision we could have made. We ordered ribs with baked beans, a pulled pork sandwich with cinnamon apples, and the N.C. pork sandwich with potato salad. The ribs were perfectly cooked and so tender, and like any other rookie to the southern food scene, I’ve been wanting to go back ever since. Please check the place out! You won’t regret it.
