Dunkin’ Donuts

I frequent this location as I’m a student at CCSU. Usually when I come here, I get a drink and either a doughnut, bagel with cream cheese, or a sandwich. Their hot chocolate is fine, no different than what I get at any other Dunkin. However, they can’t make the sandiwches/​bagels to save their lives! The cheese is never melted when I request it, and earlier today my everything bagel was NOT toasted when I asked for it to be. I don’t know if something is wrong with their toaster or if they just didn’t leave it in long enough, but the bagel was not slightly browned and the cream cheese was a stone cold block. I didn’t feel like making waves, so I ate it and left.
Also, I don’t even order iced tea here any more because EVERY time I have ordered it, they give me a hard time. I like almond milk in my iced tea. Yes, it’s unheard of and I’m probably the ONLY one to ask for it… but do they REALLY need to keep asking «Really? You want THAT?» when I order it???
It just irks me because I’m a DD fanatic and I know I spend way too much money on this chain. From now on, I’ll only be getting hot chocolate here… if I’m desperate for it.
