This has happened before at this specific location. I order a beverage and its the wrong size, half full container, charged wrong amount, receive wrong product, attitude from barista. Today I have had enough. I order a LARGE caramel latte. Get back to work, and I open it to put into mivorwave becuase it’s cold. I had ordered a couple things for co workers. Had I known mine was the wrong size I would have said something when still at DD. Mine was supposed to be large, received medium. Then to make matters worse. The medium was HALF full IF that. I have been repeatedly calling this location to talk to a supervisor or manager before CLOCKING back out of work and going BACK to this DD to get this resolved. Busy signal… Cannot get through to anyone just busy signal over and over again. I have had many issues in the past but today literally EVERYTHING was wrong with MY beverage. So enough is enough and I’m complaining. Not only do I NEVER get the correct drink the FIRST time. I’m highly frustrated with the attitudes the DD baristas express towards myself and others. I say please and may I have and always thank them… Never a smile. Or please. Or thank you. Or sorry. Instead I get attitude. Especially when, I bring something back. Or point out its the wrong size and I’ve been charged for a specific size. FINALLY someone picked up… Asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. The phone got put down onto a counter or desk I assume and I can hear everything in the background. Since I had already gone on my lunch break couldn’t wait around any longer than 10 minutes to speak to someone. Had to hang up and get back to work… That’s ok. I made 2 other complaints with DD directly. These morons have ONE job… Would love to see them In action with numerous things going on at the same time!!! Starbucks is a little further from my job and home. But it will be worth it from here on out. At least they’re competent and know how to do their jobs. No wonder DD never survived on the west coast… Surprised they’re still here in New England!

I live down the street and frequently go to this DD. 1 out of 3 orders are wrong on average when I go through the drive-through. Luckily DD are like every 200 feet in CT so there is always another one I can go to. The drive through backs up constantly and the people you speak to are often having conversations in the background and don’t really pay attention to what you say(probably why my orders are wrong so frequently). Every time I visit I have to repeat my order 2 – 3 times before they understand. I gotsta have my coffeeeee

While I haven’t had the best luck with going inside this Dunkin Donuts(which is what I usually prefer to do), I have to say that the drive-thru is AWESOME. The people who work there, even at 9 o’clock on a Saturday morning, are all so cheerful and accommodating! And I have never had a mistake with my order or any problems, as far as I can remember. For a fast food drive-thru experience, this one is consistently super.
