I go in here almost everyday for work. Every time I go everyone is walking around like they have no clue what they are doing. To get help you basically have to hunt someone down and beg them to help and if they actually know what they are talking about its amazing. If I could post a video on here you would see 3 workers walking around texting at 7:15 this morning. I left yet again with no answer and no materials. What a joke

We come here often and have never been disappointed. We got a great deal on mulch recently and now we are repainting some walls. We stood staring at the paint samples and were a bit overwhelmed. Lonnie came over and was very nice, answering all of our questions. Our paint was prepared in less than 5 minutes even though they were busy for a Sunday.
Walking now around the store we were asked by 4 different people if we needed any help and it seemed sincere and not forced. I like that. Great customer service goes a long way.

Every time I have gone here I have received terrible service. I was also refused the veterans discount to buy a fridge. Drove down to Lowes and saved almost $ 2k on the fridge and they gave me the veterans discount. Will never go back!

Some things are better at home depot and some things are better at Lowes we could talk for hours about the difference is a slightly better here or better there. The dead on products at home depot are great.
