The last times we have come here they are out of things and it has been the middle of the day. Strange. Came by tonight at 8:45pm and the door was locked. Weird because I still have 15 minutes according to Texas law. Three guys came right after me and started banging on the door. The clerk opens it and let’s them in. So I walk in and ask, Are you opened or closed? He said we all had a few minutes. I knew what I wanted and they were out of Tito’s(unforgivable). Then he tells the guys they have to pay cash because the Internet is down. I think he was ready to get out and close shop. I used to like coming her but doubt I will be back.

We are new to New Braunfels and found this store close to home. I noticed the store did not carry the moscato i was looking for. Michael, the owner,(who by the way is very kind and courteous) asked me what kind it was, i told him and the following week it was on the shelf! How awesome is that?! Thanks Michael you have my business!!!

This was our only option given we left Schlitterbahn at 8:35 p.m. and needed to find a place to purchase alcohol for a friend’s birthday that night. So I used Unilocal to do a vicinity search, we popped in, settled for less and popped back out to hit the road for Austin. I would have expected a bigger selection of good local vodkas, like Savvy or Dripping Springs. Don’t even bother — they haven’t graduated from Gasoline-tasting Tito’s. Also, forget trying to find a big selection of flavored vodkas. The birthday boy wanted his favorite, Skyy Pineapple, but thanks to this place’s sparse selection, we left with his dreams shattered. So, bottom line, this place is good if you are in the vicinity and approaching the 9 o’clock booze cut off. If you plan ahead and purchase your better-priced vodka before, you can happily avoid this place. You won’t be missing much. Thanks to Austin and Dionysus for Spec’s and Twin Liquors!
